Good food, staff are friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and I enjoyed the 2 infinity pools. They offer a spa. It was great.

Staff always friendly, but not proactively. Nice view and resort with flowers, plants and pools. Breakfast was good, renting scooter in good condition.

To sum up, offered services in relation to costs are not satisfying! We didn't get the room, we booked. We felt disturbed from loud music and outside parties from other guests until the darkness without any further notice. Unfortunately, there was no reaction to our complain. Dinner was alright.

The staff was very accommodating, attentive, and helpful. Amazing view and cozy surroundings. Nice pools. Spacious rooms - especially the bathroom. The restaurant offered the amazing view, combined with really nice interior, great food, and good internet connection.

Only (small) negative experience was when we booked massage. They were on-call (one hour away), which is of course alright, but they where more than 1 hour late. And also, then we booked we got confirmed that they would just charge it with the room bill which we could pay with card, but after the massage they needed payment in cash. We managed, but we had limited cash on us. It was not big things, but some inconvenience that would seem east for them to adjust to make the experience even better overall.

The breakfast was amazing! One of the best ways to start your morning!

This resort is all about peace and tranquility and the service is excellent all throughout. The rooms are clean and have great patios to enjoy the sunset on.

The location and the view where the resorts is situated are fabulous. You can see the perfect sunrise and sunset. They have 2 infinity pools that have a perfect view that you could imagine. Very spacious room and very clean. You can relax and enjoy your privacy while staying. The value of money is absolutely perfect. The food are worth a 5 star rating very delicious and yummy. You can experience a fine dining. The staff is well trained of our needs and have an initiative of out necessities. It's our first time to stay here and we didn't expect that Marqis Sunrise Sunset Resort and Spa is the place we are looking for. 100 % recommended to those who are planning to take their vacation. Hope we will back again soon.

A beautiful place to stay in Bohol :) staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you with transport and tours etc. I stayed in the standard bungalow - it was really spacious & comfortable, and the views from the terrace were amazing. There are two different pools with nice views too. The restaurant does both local and Western food really well, and breakfast was great. Note you have to travel with a taxi or tricycle to get anywhere else on the island (eg the beaches in Panglao), but the hotel staff can help with this and the views you get from the hotel are worth it :)

Wow Wow Wow - We can't wait to return to Marqis ! We spent a month moving around Alona Beach and Panglao only to find the best place to stay our last 4 nights in Bohol is at Marqis Their condo is FULLY FURNISHED with everything you possibly need for your stay.Plus , the furniture is premium and the condo is very tastefully decorated. It had a spa bath with hot and cold water overlooking the ocean . The views are amazing . The bedding, pillows and mattress are premium making for a great night sleep. The pool is huge with the cleanest water I've ever seen in a common pool. We meet the owner Robin a super nice man . The manager Kathy helped us with everything very friendly. And the security and ground staff are second to none . The food at the restaurant was the best I had in bohol.Wow quality I will definitely be going back the next time I'm in Bohol This is a must go to places Thank you ❤️ so much Robin and Kathy and all the wonderful staff ❤️🙏👍 Cheers Danny and Mae 💞

AMAZING view and a WONDERFUL service!! Appreciation and Thanks to the Owner, Sir Robin, the General manager, madam Kathrine, and our tour driver, Mr.Jun, and all the Marquis team. They took care of us from the moment we arrived until we left; always smiling, and super friendly team!! The food was Delicious, the dishes were very flavorful and fresh, with a variety of cuisines thus each day was a new dish and a new taste. The tour they offered is Amazing and covers most of the things to do in Bohol! The room we had was spacious with a view!! Honestly, the whole property is new and well located uphill thus it has a calm and breathtaking scenery. When we had any concerns we called or texted, and it would get fixed within a few. Definitely a hotel to come back to for vacation with friends, family or just couples! Thank you so much Marquis Resort Team for having us, and being awesome! looking forward to seeing you again.

This resort is located on a beautiful hill, where you have an amazing view to the sea! We booked 3 rooms, and one was upgraded to a beautiful place with jacuzzi and stunning view, which was perfect! Staff were excellent, easy smooth checkin, staff would help anytime with requests (calling taxi, etc.). Resort has its own restaurant and serves food during the day until 9 PM. I personally found it very convenient that we were able to have food here instead of going to the town. There were two swimming pools with great view, staff was always so helpful serving food, drinks. As the place is on the hill, you will see frogs, and other cute living creatures. We liked it so much, that we extended our stay and did not want to leave the place :) Overall great experience, recommend!

It was a little bit far (2 km) from the main road, but it was absolutely fine as taxis/tuktus drive up to the resort without issue, you just pay a bit extra. But it's good because you are away from the noise, and feel like living in a jungle :) In our room (Diane), toilet and shower needs a bit of fixing :)

Staff here are excellent and work hard to take care of the guest needs. The property is in a good location, close to tourist attractions. It has an excellent restaurant and 2 nice pools with ocean views. The place is quiet as it is away from the main road.

There were termites eating the wood in the ceiling of our room so the termite droppings would fall onto the floor. The toilet area was small and not welcoming, as it was partially flooded when we got there. The room was dimly lit. Shower had inconsistent temperature and had very low water pressure.

the staff were extremely friendly and went the extra mile for me and my friend whilst we spent Christmas there. very friendly and welcoming.

it’s a lovely and relaxing resort. however and this isn’t a negative but you’re about 30 mins away from anything and there isn’t much transport unless you hire a bike!

It feels like a home away from home. The place is so serene you can only hear the crickets at night and the roosters in the morning. They have two big infinity pools and the food are so great. We will definitely coming back soon.

There was a resident rat in our room. I also think that the toilet facilities need updating. The bed was fairly small and the lighting is poor.

House: very spacious, outdoor shower, terrace Hut: Adventure Style, in Good condition , butikis and insects inside (if you mind that ;)) Restaurant: nice and fair prices! Good food :) Staff: welcoming and polite Location: without private van or motorcycle rent it’s impossible to go anywhere (no tricycle close).. be aware of costs Nice and clean area, pools looked nice (a lot of steps throughout the hotel area though) Good starting point for countryside trip: tarsiers, chocolate hills, loboc river activities Panglao ~35min van ride
