- Rooms and A/C were great (also very modern) - it was very quiet - staff was very welcoming

- position was not the best, a bit far from the closest town and from the sea - food and breakfast were just ok

Very calm place with a great pool. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Good price-performance ratio, overall good accommodation.

Minor flaws such as a running sink in the bathroom or sometimes leaking AC. Also, the water pressure wasn't that good and it didn't run very hot.

The bed was comfortable. Stayed here 5 nights ,and the room was never cleaned the approach to the rooms was grass .so after heavy rain the grass was bogged in water .would be better if there was a concrete path or pathing stones along the way .kitchen was closed so no restaurant facilities available. The cleaner was helpful for assisting in how to operate the room safe .but room was never cleaned in 5 days

The place is very clean and comfortable . It is very well located because it's only a 5-minute walk to a major shopping area including a giant supermarket . Of the best part are the workers . Stella the manager was extremely helpful and all the other workers were very kind and friendly to me and did everything we needed with a smile .

The staff was very accommodating and arranged for us motorcycle and car rental. The place is also nice, clean and quiet. Perfect for long-term stay. The room rate is also very affordable.

The pool is a big plus, you can see how they clean it every day. We stayed there 8 days and I would definitely stayed there again. Love it. Nearby there are few places to eat - la familia (very cheap, taste is fine but takes too long to wait for food) and there's a Korean place called Ubeco - I'm in love! strongly recommend you.

The water is a bit salty and place is too far from the restaurants (takes like 20 mins to go somewhere by bike) - but it's also a plus at some point, because it's not crowded in the neighborhood area and there are no constructions like on the other side and next to Alona beach.

Very clean rooms, decent bed linen. Good, quiet air-conditioning. Friendly atmosphere and lovely staff. Breakfast was great, and included. Location is a little off the beaten track but if you're on Bohol then you'll probably rent a scooter to get around anyway. Swimming pool is clean and well maintained and so are the grounds. Overall, good value.

It didn't actually bother us, but the wifi is very slow here. They are using a couple of 3G routers which are shared between the guests. The bandwidth is poor. So, if you're someone who needs 24/7 internet connection it might bother you. I guess you can amuse yourself in other ways though. We did. On the plus side that means a distant lack of selfie sticks!

The Breakfast was 3 breads and box juice and, they didn't have restaurant service.
