Man-made Beach ⛱️ Rocks more than sand

We had such an amazing experience at BE Grand! The staff are all friendly and accommodating! The food at the Food Hall was great! We definitely recommend it and we'll be staying again at BE Grand! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good food and clean facilities

Needs more staff to clean the rooms... Especially the bathroom ... sinks are not really cleaned properly and they need to get New towels in the Room most of them are very old and needs to be replaced

service was inconsistent. had to call the front desk every day if we wanted out room cleaned and serviced.

The overall experience was exceptional. The Staff are what needs to be highlighted as the most amazing part of the experience. We've even had the humblest pleasure of the Manager guiding us and showing us around the resort. The breakfast is also worth a mention, with amazing food choices, a different buffet on a daily basis and a group of staff that always smiles. The resort have plenty of facilities and activities to experience inside the resort including Lune Bar, the Gaming room and Karaoke! Overall an unforgettable experience.

Nothing with regards to the resort, only the weather was a let down to limit our already amazing experience.

Beautiful place. Nice staff, they have shuttles to the city center. Good breakfast.

The water in the shower were warm and not hot if you take a late shower.

Beautiful resort, truly a 5 star experience. this is one of the best resorts I have stayed in the Philippines. it’s very new, there are a lot of staff on the grounds to make sure your stay is comfortable. a special should put to Darel that made my stay extra nice and took care of everything I asked. he was very prompt and treated me with kindness and respect. thank you so much for a lovely experience Darel. you are very kind!

the hotels manager went over the top to accomodate my sons birthday..he was literally there from the preparation of the venue to the serving of our food..thank you sir manager from the bottom of our hearts! (im not good at remembring names sorry poh)

The view from the room was awesome.

Very nice resort, excellent for families. We travelled with a 5 year old and he was enjoying it so much!

We enjoyed the stay a lot - but was wondering why the local (san mig) beer was so expensive at the hotel (280php).
