What I like the most of location was just nearby Alona Beach and Restaurants.

This Hotel  I thought I would have an amazing stay as it looks good from the outside, the room looks good, and the AC works well, but the most terrible experience at this hotel was that the staff and the utility cleaners weren't well trained. The owner should have educate their staff, especially when it comes to cleanliness. The staff just washed our coffee cups under the sink, I asked the staff to change the cups but the said they dont change, and one staff went inside and washed the cups aa well as the stirrer when they were cleaning the toilet which is disgusting! rather than giving us a new one. I have never experienced this in my life since I started traveling. Washing the coffee stirrer to reuse it has never happened in my life. The shower has no pressure,limited water, the shower heater wasn't working well, and the toilet paper was not enough we need to go ask of the staff for it! No proper shampoo and soap,toilet 🚽 seat was not attached properly it keeps moving and won't flushed. AC is damaged and noisy, room was noisy!

Parking was situated at the back of the building. Parking area was not well lit and pile of junk wood and construction materials.

The room was clean and generally okay for the price. It is also very near restaurants and stores, which is super important for me. Another plus: the walk to the beach doesn't take more than 10 minutes.

The air-conditioner was a bit noisy and it's right over our head. The door was secured by an automatic lock, but we would have preferred if it had a manual lock.

Centrally located. Close to everything that is going on in the Alona Beach area. Room was spacious, and the bed large and comfortable.

The toilet seat was broken, and consequently, a bit shaky when sitting on the toilet

The hotel itself is near the beach. It is also convenient that it is near fast food chains and souvenir shops. Hotel staff are super honest and managed to ship us something that we left in the hotel.

The room is clean and it is very big.
