Sigo esperando mi factura y ya volvi a ir al hotel y no he tenido respuesta, solo que su factura ya se envio.

La ubicación, el silencio y la limpieza. Señalar que la atención del personal fue sobresaliente. El hecho de que tuviera parquing era muy ventajoso.

El ascensor estaba en “mantenimiento” durante la estancia. Tuvimos que subir y bajar a la tercera planta en varias ocasiones y era muy agotador.

Lo que más me encanto fue la atención de la masajista la señora Graciela Carrazco me encanto la atención, el masaje todo, el personal muy amable pero ella fue súper!!! Regresare por la buena atención de ella.

No me gusto nada, que tuviera que llevar las toallas yo al spa y que no pudieran hacérmelo a la habitación.

LA HABITACION

Es muy céntrico

Las habitaciones son MUY pequeñas. Las fotos son engañosas, esta bien si solo vas a usarlo para dormir pero no nos gustó nada. No quisieron facturarme la estancia cuando la pagué y tramposamente se facturó hasta mi salida. Con el cambio de año me causan un perjuicio fiscal y no les importa.

¡Maravillosamente bien ubicado este hotel! Está cerca de todo. Excelente para visitar el centro de Puebla y regresar al hotel en cualquier momento. El cuarto es pequeño pero muy agradable y silencioso.

Todo bien.

Lo colonial Lo céntrico Seguridad

Que el proceso del desayuno fue lento y no era un bufet aunque fuera básico. Se cobro de más por otras opciones de desayuno. Restaurante cerrado a las 10pm.

There was drilling happening early in the morning and I couldn’t sleep, also had to argue with the restaurant so they could service me because they wanted to close before the closing time.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The room was cleaned every single day of my stay and the staff were very helpful. I had dinner twice in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the service of a very high standard. Checking in and out was simple. The breakfast was ok.

A slightly better choice for breakfast and also as a solo traveller I did find in the mornings I would be served and then forgotten for those tables who had more. Also felt that I was placed at a table in the window which while I enjoyed people watching it did mean I could be overlooked.

Location is excellent, rooms spacious and not noisy despite of being in the corner. Includes Parking which is positive considering that in the Historic center car is not needed at all.

Breakfast is good but does not include any hot chocolate for the kids, which does not make sense.

A very good hotel located a few blocks from the main square. Clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet area. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

The location was great.

The super small bathrooms, the sink being in the bedroom, and the slow elevator. The front desk service was slow which caused lines and crowds in the lobby.

If you want a peaceful evening and there happens to be a horde of children also staying there which was the case for me, good luck getting any sleep. They were shrieking and running up and down the halls until after midnight, and then up and doing the same thing at 6am. The walls are incredibly thin so you can hear anyone even walking by, unfortunately the staff did not seem to enforce any sort of quiet hours so the rest of the guests (like me) had to suffer.
