Campiello Barbaro é un luminoso e tranquillo appartamento che s'affaccia sull'omonimo campo, di fronte a palazzo Cá Dario. Si compone di due camere,una matrimoniale e una singola, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, cucina attrezzata lavastoviglie, lavatrice, fuochi a gas, frigo, forno microonde e stoviglie,aria condizionata, riscaldamento, asciugamani e lenzuola.
Consente di raggiungere Piazza San Marco in meno di 5 minuti di vaporetto ed é immerso nell'incantevole atmosfera della Punta della Salute, sottile punta triangolare di divisione tra il Canal Grande e il Canale della Giudecca, prospicente il Bacino San Marco.
nelle vicinanze troverete Ristoranti - bar- negozi per lo shopping,
il supormercato si trova alle Zattere (fermata vaporetto San Basilio) aperto tutti i giorni 8:00 /20:00

We had a fantastic time and was kindly greeted by Sergio who also gave us local recommendations which we tried and loved. The rooms are spacious with a gorgeous view with all amenities needed. We were within walking distance to all sightseeing spots and would highly recommend this accommodation!

This property met our needs perfectly; spacious for 3 people, renovated kitchen and bathroom, located in the heart of Venice a few steps away from the Peggy Guggenheim museum; Sergio was a gentleman, meeting us at the waterbus stop and taking us to the property (in the pouring rain). Staying here helped make our stay even more memorable!

Sergio's place is quite a large apartment in a 3-storey house in Venice. Full of charm but updated kitchen and bath, so very comfortable. Great location and Sergio very helpful, although English not one of his best languages (4 others I think). Thank you Sergio! If we get a chance we would certainly stay again.

Sergio was a great host and very accommodating with our delayed evening arrival. Apartment was perfect for our family of three adults. The compact kitchen with cloths washer was perfect and canal window views of the neighborhood activities were very engaging. We love the Dorsoduro area and Sergio’s place made it even better. Looking forward to a return trip.

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting Venice. Sergio was friendly and helpful in getting us settled in. He met us at the vaporetto stop and walked us to the apartment, pointing out restaurants he recommended along the way. Was a nice refuge from the overcrowded areas of the city.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Apartment is a mix of retro and modern. Location is fantastic. The only thing missing were the cloth pins for the laundry.
Overall we are happy with everything.

Wonderful stay in Venice. Located a short walk from Accadamia bridge. Very quiet area. Comfortable bed. Kitchen works well. The comments about the shower are true, it’s not hot by American standards, but totally sufficient. Would stay here again. But understand, lots of stairs so be sure you can handle that.

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, with beautiful views over the canal and rooftops. The local neighbourhood is interesting to explore with lots of local shops and restaurants and felt peaceful after the crowds of San Marco. We were met at the Vaporetto stop by the friendly owner and the apartment has a homely feel, is well equipped and has a lovely main bedroom and lounge in particular. The second bedroom has a single bed but was fine for our 15 year old daughter. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful looking house and if you like art, the Peggy Guggenheim is on your doorstep!
We would definitely visit again.

We stayed here with our 2 daughters age 9 and 12. The location is great, especially if you have the vaporetta pass. The view out our window on the canal was perfect and you can enjoy a nice glass of wine looking out. There is a gelato shop next door and lots of food close. The owner was very nice but has limited English but he got us settled easily and met us on the dock. The unit was very clean, the hot water could have been warmer but the spaciousness of the unit made up for it. We did a free walking tour in the Academia neighborhood that was also good and gave great tips on where to eat and drink more reasonably.

This apartment is perfectly situated in Dorsodoro, one of the quieter neighborhoods in Venezia. Steps from the Guggenheim Collection and several delicious restaurants. The apartment itself is immaculately kept, extra towels, blankets and a well appointed kitchen. Thank you so much, Sergio for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay in Venice. The property is very near to the Peggy Guggenheim. Google maps sent us elsewhere - absolutely not any fault of the owner Sergio. We also forgot about high tides in Venice and got rather wet feet!! Stunning views from all the rooms. Thanks Sergio.

С удовольствием провели 5 дней в Венеции в квартире Серджио и Лоретты. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым - от посудомоечной машины, до большого радиатора в ванной комнате. Отдельно стоит отметить, что в квартире установлена собственная система отопления и, несмотря на то, что в наш приезд погода испортилась на несколько дней (дождь и температура около +5 градусов) - в квартире было тепло и комфортно. И все это - в самом центре Дорсодуро, с красивыми видами из окон. С удовольствием вернемся в следующий визит в Венецию.

We were quite comfortable in Sergio's apartment. Nice bed, although some may find it hard we like a firm bed. Pillows were a little too firm. It would be nice to have a choice of both firm and softer. Kitchen is small but efficient. We prepared a few simple meals. We liked the large salon and especially made use of the big table. The shower cabinet is on the small size so plus-sized guests might have a challenge. Also, there is a tankless water heater and the water while hot in the tap was only warm in the shower, which we found annoying. The apartment is quiet and close to two vaporetto stops. The location is fine near the Guggenheim, and we recommend Gino's for coffee and pastries. Be sure to walk on the Zattere early in the morning!

This apartment was perfectly situated in the Dorsoduro district, the best district to stay while in Venice. It was immaculently kept. The air conditioning worked well. Sergio was very informative and gave you perfect instructions to follow where to meet him. The view from the apartment is lovely looking at the canal and a quaint little courtyard where people gather in the early evening. A perfect vacation in the perfect spot!

This apartment was a little gem tucked away in a lovely Dursodoro neighborhood. It was convenient to many major sights, including the Accademia Museum, the Peggy Guggenheim, and it was close to water buses, restaurants, and some of the best gelato spots along rhe waterfront. The walk to the Rialto Bridge or to St. Mark Square was about a quick 15 minutes, with lots to see...and eat...along the way!
The apartment itself was very clean, and had enough room for our family of five. Nice views out the windows and the air conditioning made the whole place comfortable. Sergio met us at the waterbus stop on arrival and walked us to the apartment. Lovely man! The walk to the apartment was was great, with beautiful Venetian vignettes along the way.
Can't say enough about this place! Thank you Sergio for sharing your lovely home with us...we loved our first trip to Venice!

Hi, we really enjoyed our stay. Sergio was extremely helpful, even carrying our suitcases up the stairs. Near entrance to Guggenheim. On a canal.everything that was needed. I would have liked a couple of ice cube trays.little store right around the corner. Close to Vaporetto stop is 6mins. Walk. Very nice place.
