L accueil est froid pas de bonjour ni de bienvenue, pas d’indication sur l’utilisation de l ascenseur ( il faut passez la carte de la chambre pour qu’il fonctionne ?! ) la literie ressemblait à une planche en bois , la sortie n’a pas été mieux pas d interrogation sur le séjour j’aurais aimé m’exprimer en dehors de ce questionnaire

The air conditioning was working great and the room was nice. The street is also fairly quiet during the night and right across the street, there is a night shop where you can get some things during the evening and night.

It's a very minor inconvenience but the door to my room didn't fall shut when letting go of the handle. It stops just before it would click into place. So, I think it could easily happen that someone doesn't notice that when leaving for the entire day and anyone could just enter while you are gone. The area seems a bit iffy and I wouldn't advise anyone to walk through the parks alone at night. Also, when I walked up the Rue Berckmans in the morning, it was noticeable that some people didn't clean up after their dogs on the sidewalk. So I needed to watch my step there.

For the quality of service, comfort, and amenities provided, I felt that the hotel offered excellent value for money.

The room was a bit noisy due to the thin walls of guest/ staff outside wandering the halls in the late afternoon which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Well equipped family room, comfy mattress, quiet area, tea and coffee available, willing to cooperate staff. Good coffee with real milk at the breakfast. Possibilty to open window. Bathroom and toilette are separated.

A bit expensive hotel and no real scrambled eggs at the breakfast. 30 minutes walking distance to the centre and EU parlament.

The room was not a normal room. The shower and the bath room are support rooms and it is totally not appropriate for visitors. I do not recommend this hotel to Anyone. Bookings has the wrong rating for this hotel and should have been below 4rating. We relied on booking for this rating and we made this reservation based on 8.1 rating from booking. We are very disappointed that Bookings does not have reliable ratings for this hotel.

Safety and , coordination they did not coordinate when we leave we arrived to the room and our personal belongings were thrown out in the garbage by the house keepers and they disposed off we had an extra night to stay they said it is a mistake meanwhile our luggage was in the room the food was in the kitchen even the loofah was still in the shower only our toiletries were gone.

Kamer schoon en comfortabel. Heerlijke bedden en vriendlijk en zorgzaam personeel. Parkeren ook heel goed geregeld.

Veel rotsoi op straat en op de stoep. Dit ligt mischien aan de 'city workers' maar hotel zou hier ook mischien meer rekening mee kunnen houden en iedere morgen of avond checken en opruimen. Alles helpt en maakt het prettiger voor de gasten die voor binnen komen.. Niet prettig om te zien of door te lopen.

The location of the hotel was close to Brussels Central & other amenities. This was a massive bonus & good for navigating the city.

The position of our room was right next to the main road & to that end, we could hear all the traffic going pass all night. This meant we didn't enjoy a good night sleep...

Location.

The hotel is in a nice, quiet location and offers comfortable rooms with kitchen corners and clean bathrooms. The reception is very pleasant and friendly. Overall, it was great value for money for a one-day stay.

The air conditioning could have been better, especially given that it was one of the hottest days in Brussels. Even with the windows open, it didn't provide much relief.

My husband and I were very impressed with Hilton Garden Inn Brussels. Spacious room with all helpful amenities including aircon, gym,quality bathroom products and ironing board. Excellent breakfast on offer and lovely, helpful staff at reception. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was no hot water at the shower for half a day and there was a strange smell at the kitchen

The gentleman who checked us in.

Most the staff was very rude. ROOM 509 smells like puke. I had to ask to be moved to a different room and was treated as if I were lying.

Gute Lage, wenige Minuten von 2 U-Bahnstationen entfernt. Sehr angenehm der kleine Selbstbedienungs-Bereich mit kleinem Angebot für Snacks inklusive Microwell. Parkplatz (Tiefgarage) "im Haus" In ein paar Minuten erreicht man das Saint Gilles Quartier - eine Offenbarung. Alle auf der grossen schönen Piazza, viele Bars und Restaurants, viele Kulturen, Markt... einfach super und echt, nicht wie die Touiristen-Hotspots in der Stadt.

Garage sehr teuer. Man kann sie aber über eine Parkapp viel günstiger haben, dann hat man aber keinen ungehinderten Zugang zum Hotel.

Everything was perfect. Staff was helpful and communicates in english. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and book it next time when visiting Brussels.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Tout près de la station "Hôtel des monnaies" et quelques minutes de la station "Louise". On peut aller à pied à la Grand Place de Bruxelles (35 minutes) ou en transport en commun (10 minutes). Petit-déjeuner complet (l’hôtel gagnerait à faire des mini-viennoiseries en lieu et place de grande qu’on ne finit pas). Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche linge dans la cave de l'hôtel (cela permet de voyager avec moins de vêtement).

Although our room was somehow not correctly booked, they provided a perfect alternative room. It might have been an unforeseen upgrade but good for us. Room as clean, but it was forgotten to be cleaned the next day, maybe due to the upgrade. General state of the hotel is good. We found it at a good location to walk to the city center but also had good connections to public transportation.

We found the breakfast too small for such a hotel chain. We expected some more variations and better offers from the kitchen for an omelet or similar.

Die Lage war suboptimal, ich habe mich nicht sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war in Ordnung, aber könnte höflicher und dienstleistungsorientierter sein; das Zimmer war nicht super sauber.

The room was good, really spacious, very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff could not find my booking which I think was booking.coms fault. Each evening when I came back they had cancelled my room key so I would walk to the lift and have to walk all the way back to reception and they would say I have given my card even though I had. They even called my room at 11pm to say I had to come to reception with my card, I did not and said I would see them in the morning. No apology was offered for the constant messing around and waking me up. Would not stay in this chain of Hilton again.
