- The hotel has a HORRIBLE smell. I have stayed 3 nights and it was the same. - the room needs a general restauration. - some heating radiators where closed but there was an ok temperature in the room. - price to value overestimated. - located near train station but a little far from center.

So clean, great personal, amazing breakfast and close to Bruxel midi!

Clean and new rooms

No carpet on the floor...iff you don't have slippers is a nightmare..no option to control the heating.

For 3 stars hotel, it was amazing. The breakfast is okay. The room was clean and every day we had clean towels. The staff was amazing .

Ah, really depends on price question.. maybe totally in Brussels in this period everything is expensive. But regardless to it there are several points to improve: 1. Smell in the room. 2. Bad soundproof from neighbor rooms (basically from the one which is upstairs - toilet sounds are too much realistic 🤪). Windows are also not with a good soundproof. 3. Quite tiny set of options for breakfast. Just a bit more could be perfect. 4. Very cheap pillows..

Poor acoustic isolation! You could hear other guests in their rooms even in their intimate and passionate moments, well, a bit more than you would pay for.

Everything was great. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was nice with the nice odour of freshly baked croissants. The housekeeping staff were amazing. The location is excellent, very close to Gare du Midi and well connected with bus and tram to all Brussels. Cosy lobby.

The room was not warm enough. The heating was at the maximum, but the room was not warm. The hotel is far from the city center, but is well connected via bus.

Old furniture and parking can be tricky

Staff very helpful and the reception area attractive but the rooms are dated.

Rooms dated with limited facilities and not very good quality shower/hair gels.
