Stayed 5 nights with 21 family members. House had plenty of room for all of us. Beach is close and the private pool was a definite plus. Owners responded to questions very quickly, politely and were very accommodating. We would highly recommend this property!

We love this home. It is only a 2min walk to the lovely beach. My family is many people & all were so comfortable. This was our second stay at this home. 2023 was a very significant Easter - unforgetable for us all to be together.

We rented this house for family coming for a funeral. It was perfect for us. Plenty of room for our group of 14. Loved all the bedrooms and baths. The elevator was a huge plus since I suffer with back pain.

Ample space to blend or hide as each desires. Staff very helpful and are easily summoned should you have question or problem. Very well furnished kitchen including grilling implements. Charcoal grills. We stayed in unit 9; units 9/10 are farthest from beach but still short enough walk to get my 83 year old mother down to the beach every day. There is no beach chsir service on the beach directly next to these properties but Ike’s chair service at the Phoenix West II will set you up chairs on the western most aspect of that beachfront. If you want to watch a sports event on the smart TV in the common area you may require a lap top connection.

They really enjoyed the amount of space of this rental, the cleanliness, and a beautiful sunrise. With the exception of a little hiccup with the elevator, the overall experience was very enjoyable.

We had a great time! If we had any questions during our stay, we texted the owner and they responded quickly! Best family reunion!!!

Family oriented all around living space. Very spacious. Short walk to the beach. We had a couple of issues but they were fixed in a timely manner. Things that couldn’t be helped. They were ever so grateful and helpful at every issue we had. Loved it and will definitely go back.

We would definitely repeat this venue in the future. Reliable setting that delivered on all our major expectations upon our actual stay experience. 1 minor 'even better if' bathrooms lacked small waste baskets. We utilized our own bag capture. Not a significant point, just a friendly heads-ups. Well done overall!

Our family of 24 fit perfectly in this home for my son's 10th birthday getaway. The home is decorated beautifully, the beds were unbelievably comfortable, the house was clean and the elevator was a life saver!! We were offered early check-in and Kay was attentive to all of our needs! The beach is literally a hop and a skip away and we had endless food options. I would definitely book again!!

We stayed there with family. The house was plenty big enough for all 10 of us. We did experience trouble with the elevator a few times. We had 3 handicap people with us so we really needed it working. The manager was as helpful as she could be. The area was nice and there was plenty to do within a hours drive. Restaurants we went to were great along with the staff at them.

The property managers were so helpful! Even supplying beach chairs and and umbrella for those friends that forgot theirs! House was great and perfect for 10 adults!

Visited Orange Beach with 23 girls on a company vacation and we were all very pleased. This beautiful beach house is in a perfect location to all great restaurants, Walmart, Publix, whatever you may need. And beach access wasn’t bad at all, just a short little walk and you’re in paradise. Already planning our next years office getaway and this will be the first house we check for availability. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

We were in Orange Beach for my daughter’s wedding and wanted family all to be under one roof. We also needed an elevator for one of our family members. The owners were super helpful helping us find the perfect home. They were accommodating when we needed an early arrival. Having the 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers was AWESOME. We were able to feed everyone attending the wedding right at the house. The pool was also awesome. We had a couple teens that didn’t quite want to be in the gulf after seeing jellyfish, so the pool was great to have. The house wasn’t right on the beach, but I would honestly rent again knowing that. We could see the gulf from parts of the house and there was a boardwalk that went right to the beach and not a far walk- just a few minutes. Location was good- not too far from Walmart, Rouse’s Market, restaurants and other shopping(driving distance though- less than 5minutes). The house was clean. A few used the washer and dryer. The dryer they said didn’t seem to be drying but that also wasn’t the reason we rented the home, and it was super humid when we were there. Not having to worry about anything at the house made it just a fabulous wedding weekend. I would highly recommend staying here! We can’t thank the owners enough! We appreciate you!

The property looked better on the inside than out.(But they were still recovering from a hurricane and hailstorm.) We had 21 family members and the house was perfect for our stay. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their own space when not on the beach. Loved having the beach right there(short walk but there weren't wall to wall people like the areas next to this property). You need to bring pretty much everything though as the kitchen isn't very well stocked. Has the basics but come prepared if you plan to cook. We had a few issues but the management was right on it. Will stay again in 2022.

Unusual circumstances. Actually rented for 2020 but the pandemic took care of that. So we just extended to 2021. No problems making the extended reservation

The house was great, there’s was a perfect amount of space for me and 13 other people. The double appliances like fridge dishwasher was just what we needed it was also right next to the beach. It was a great stay and we had zero problems. 10/10

Loved the house! It offered spacious areas! The private pool was nice to have considering we were there during the COVID. One downside, we were unable to rent chairs and umbrellas on the part of our beach but we were able to rent by the high rise condo next door.The large green forklift near the pool was somewhat of an eyesore. Would recommend staying there.

The home was terrific for a large family. Was furnished beautifully. Could barely see the ocean from this unit, but was a quick walk to the beach. The private pool was great and right on the unit property. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

This is a great house for traveling with a large group. The kitchen/living/dining is very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating for dining and hanging out. The kitchen has two large refrigerators and two dishwashers plus and wet bar with ice maker. It’s a short walk down to beautiful and clean beaches. Chair service was available. It’s a short drive for groceries. Our host was very responsive. Highly recommend this home.

My group could not have been more happy with the place. The service was outstanding. So much common space and rooms for everyone.
