Hi! The water in the bathroom of Room 32 did not drain. There was more than an inch of water while showering. That is the only reason you got a 7 overall. Lobby seating is not very suitable for people with disabilities. In general, when people come in tired, especially after along journey, they need to sit. A large empty lobby expanse may look beautiful but hardly hospitable!

Excellent hotel. Good facilities & food. Helpful staff.

Metro work going on right in front of hotel all along Sholinganallur. Makes it a traffic horror to commute to & from this place. This is not the hotel’s fault of course.

Breakfast is good and tasty. Front office staff mr senthil is nice person with good attitude.

Check in time and check out is not at all comfortable. Has to pay check in additional charges 50 percent of the cost just for 4 hours early check in which is exhorbitant.

Had some stupid interaction with one of the duty manager - Praveen Kala - he doesn’t value customer satisfaction - this is w r t room door locked for no reason …. Strange
