The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is a combination of an Air BnB and a hotel. Felt like being at home. The location is very central to almost everything. Hospitable and polite Staff. Shower was great. Enjoyed my stay here.

Though the Restaurant at the Hotel is not run by the Hotel, I wish the restaurant had better choices for breakfast. The first room I stayed - the water had no pressure in the shower. Wifi strength was not very good at times.

The location suited our family group of seven very conveniently to get a cab to see sites of the city. And walk to local shops and quality restaurants. However the hotel restaurant itself gave excellent service and food. The amenities and layout where better then we expected. The staff was absolutely exceptional. The services of the spa made it refreshing and relaxing. We'd come again!

Really staff worked so beautifully with our needs to make it an exceptional stay. The only thing was there was a bit of rain but they even provided us an umbrella

Our stay here was great. The staff all looked after us very nicely.Massage was good too. Food tasty and service impeccable No pretension here, just an easy stay

The only draw back is the swimming pool is only a little training pool but it was warm and there is a jacuzzi too

I love how homey this place is. And it’s the perfect location for those who work in and around Lalitpur area.

This is my favourite hotel in Kathmandu. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get a very good breakfast. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. The room is furnished in such a way that you can easily combine relaxation and work. The desk with the lamp is like having your own office. The roof terrace is brilliant. When you are there, you almost feel like you are in Chitwan. Absolutely clean. Everything works (every socket, the fridge, the kettle, etc.). Next time I come to Kathmandu, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for the great hospitality!

Very professional staff, good location and elegant rooms.

I was often disturbed during the night. First by security guards doing noisy rounds on the roof above my bed before dawn and then by overflowing water hitting my balcony at 4am. Couldn't sleep after that.
