The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, air conditioning in the room was ok.

The bathroom wasn't the best and seemed to be dirty. The laundry room in the basement was OK but you are required to have your own laundry detergent. They have gacha machines that were supposed to have them, but they didn't work. The room didn't smell the best.

We had about a 10 minute walk to the next JR train station which was perfect for us. also the room had a lot of space which we enjoyed and there was a small kitchen available.

closer to city center would be nice but that is way more expensive. this is a good alternative.

We made two stops at this place - the first stay was good, we got a bigger room with two beds. The second stay was not that good - we only got one double bed which all three of us had to sleep on, it was a bit too small.

There is a supermarket opposite the hotel. So can get food easily and cook in the hotel since oven and electric pot are available.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with its perfect location. The hotel is situated close to the local train station, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Additionally, there is a supermarket conveniently located nearby, which was great for picking up snacks and other essentials. The rooms at the hotel were also fantastic - they were clean, tidy and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring the rooms were spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was generally happy with my experience, but I do have one suggestion for improvement. While the room was comfortable and well-equipped, I was disappointed to find that tea and sugar were not provided as a complimentary service.

My husband and I really liked the location and were glad to have chosen this for the second stay in Tokyo while we were traveling in Japan. Overall budgetwise it's good and if you're the person who needs a place to sleep, wash and eat something in the room - it's a good place to stay. There is a shop across the street as well, so really useful if you need a bit of grub after returning from exploring Tokyo :)

While the first time stay was ok, this time it wasn't the same. We could hear people around us. We heard people snoring, talking, doing the dirty tango in the room. A suggestion for the future - have a bit of soundproofing.

The location is still 15 min walk from a main busy area. So not ideal for those who want to enjoy close proximity as there are other options that are closer to the hot zones.

it’s a good for value and budget hotel to stay at in Tokyo. We arrived after 18 and the person who was on the night shift was really helpful and welcoming (I’m sorry I don’t remember their name). Overall everything was clean and comfortable. the location is also good, as we reached Shibuya, Akihabara, Harajuku and etc withing a few minutes. The shop is also across the street, so if you need anything - it’s there.

they give every essential items including a vacuum which is the first time I’ve seen a hotel provide. they have self service laundry as well in the basement.

We like the location ,it peaceful and near grocery store and near Tokyo Dome. It was perfect for our plans ,as we watched Bruno Mars. The room was clean and have all the utensils you need to prepare for eating. And most of all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. And also the price was amazing. Thank you.
