狎鴎亭ロデオにあり、現地の賑やかな雰囲気を楽しめます。フロントの方（男性も女性も）が日本語が出来て、とにかくフレンドリーで優しく親切でうれしかったです。チェックイン前の到着でも快くお部屋へ通していただけましたので、時間の節約もできました。宿泊日は雨が降っていましたが、傘も貸してくださいました。この立地でこのお値段でお部屋の広さも十分ですし、アメニティーもついています。シャワーの水圧も問題ありません。近くには飲食店が多くあり、スーパーもありました。立地の割りには夜も比較的静かです。総合的にコスパが高いホテルなので、宿泊費を安く抑えたい人に大変お勧めです。

いわゆるモーテル？の様な感じで、窓が小さく薄暗い感じです。若干室内の空気の臭いが気になりました。（換気が不十分？）

聖地をめぐっていたので、本当に徒歩圏でたくさん回れました♡ 駅まで歩く道も、お店が多いので安全で、遅くまで開いてるスーパーも多く便利でした。 スタッフの方は日本語もとても上手で不便に感じるところは見つかりませんでした。

夜中、外がうるさかった。

スタッフの皆さんが日本語をお話できて、その上、とても気さくで親切でした。地下鉄の狎鴎亭ロデオ駅から近く、周辺には飲食店が複数ありました。 チェックアウト後、近くの飲食店で昼食を食べていたところ、体調を急激に崩し(アレルギー反応)、少し休ませてもらおうとホテルに戻ったところ、女性スタッフの方からすぐに薬と水をいただき、部屋に戻って休むように促してくれました。とても危ない状態だったので本当に助かりました、有難うございました。昼過ぎまで休ませていただき、勧めていただいた空港直通リムジンバスを利用して無事、帰国帰宅することができました。次回、ソウルに行く際にはぜひまた利用させてください。重ね重ね、有難うございました。

Location is very impressive and convenient. Price compare to room space and location, is more than valuable because the price is not high and valuable

The room and property are musty. Quite old and opaque

There were pieces of glass left on the floor, and I stepped on one resulting in a glass splinter I had to dig out of the bottom of my foot. Cleaning needs to be more thorough if there is broken glass! No windows also made for a dark room.

The staff were excellent. Very helpful although understanding English can be a little difficult. Cleaning staff great. Fantastic location. Restaurants and shops including food stores nearby. Subway is only a 5 mins walk so easy to get to the sites or to suwon train station.

They cleaned my room when I said it didn't need it.

We asked for an extra blanket, and they let us check in at 12:00 instead of 14:00.

cleanliness can be improved, as i noticed a thick dust on the bedside table and on top of the telephone. room lightning is a bit dark and furnitures are old. a little overprice for the room condition, but it is outweighed by the friendly staff members.

The location is very strategic and super close to rodeo street and gangnam k star road. there is also a lot of shop near hotel for cheap price.

everything is great. the staff was very helpful. they also have a microwave on the lobby so we can use it for breakfast (since they don't serve breakfast). The only thing is that our room doesn't has a window. but that's not really a big problem.

There were no windows and temperature was not controlled well. The building was moist and very old, so we checked out early and just left for a better hotel. It had a very bad atmosphere.
