Food service in the room was good. price is good. Staff is awesome, trying to help, whether ot is currency exchange or free airport drop back.

Location is not very nice 😂, Mumbai is something else. We are just glad we have not been mugged or robbed. Room is pretty small, but for 2-3 star hotel is expected.

I am not sure how much the property will be able to improve on issues concerning the room space and location of the building. To elaborate, for a practical traveller the hotel is a good place to leave the luggage, shower and rest. However, a slightly self respecting guest who has basic care for the size of the room, bed quality and sleep and location will have painful issues. The room has a musty and damp smell due to poor ventillation and the restroom is boxed in a corner with no outlet. Some rooms are adjacent to the metro station and noises from vehicular traffic and activities around the area can be sleep disturbing and troublesome for late morning risers. The management will have to work to improve these painful issues. Lesson learnt the hard way - better off staying in a Ginger or Ibis as the pictures of booking.com is very deceiving.

The room was clean.

Staf was a bit rude. The electricity kept going off. The AC was very noisy. Too close to the metro station.

Property was close to the airport which is why we chose it and we looked at many properties and reviews before chosing this... we met the expectations here specially with the staff as they were very attentive.. the food was very good, the only issue with food was the issue with early breakfast as they bring from a different location ... and we were on a tight schedule for our flight... I would recommend the place to anyone to crash for a night...
