The place was musky, and the bath and kitchen sink were blocked. The last night we were there, it rained, and the roof in the lounge area was leaking. I had to move the microwave and switched off the TV. I was not impressed. The staff, on the other hand, was very friendly and willing to assist. Lots of noise levels

It was not what we were expecting.

Pull out couch was not acceptable. Toilet did not flush properly was noisy and took too long to fill up Wifi was not effective and cell signal was poor

I like that the check in is from 9 and checkout is 11. The swimming pool was clean. They gave us swimming pool tiles, that was very great. Their helper was very helpful .

It was partially clean. The backsplash was dirty. The sink was dirty, the sink cupboards was also dirty, smelling of moulds, the oven glove had a mould on it. They could have made sure that the children’s play ground is clean, the swings and slide were dirty. they let their Dog roam around, i had ask them to do something about it as we were not comfortable. They dont have a back up for loadshedding. They only had coffee and sugar, no milk. No soap or shower gel. I think theres also false advertisement. They are advertising a space that is private. they said im gonna have a garden and swimming pool view but I got a cottage that is very far from the pool. You have to go outside and call/shout for helpers for assistance. And also the helpers were still working on the garden, I somehow had to cover myself since i ddnt feel comfortable walking around with a bathing suit while we have an old person, same age as my grandpa around.

The place is nice. Great for kids with the play area

Sally's seemingly racist approach to me paying before we could check in. Even after I paid her she refused to accept Capitec proof of payment and I had to ask my employer to pay - embarrassing and frustrating situation. I have checked out and Sally still has not paid back the money I initially paid from Capitec, claiming it doesn't reflect on her Standard Bank account. Terrible experience

good value for money, clean, lovely surroundings, pool and grass area,very pretty.

Bath very small, hard to get out of, but there was a shower so it didn’t matter except can’t run bath and use basin sink at same time, only changed towels every three days.
