Room was lovely,beautifully decorated,and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. S o much choice,and well presented. Hosts were very friendly and helpful with information for local attractions.

We had a lovely stay at Creston Villa. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and our room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was nice with lots of fresh fruit options. Annie’s homemade jams and marmalades are delicious. Our shower room was adjacent to our room, and bathrobes were provided so we didn’t have to get dressed to pop to the loo in the night!

Everything was lovely

Exceptional hosts made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They were so helpful and their beautiful guest house was exceptionally homely. The extensive continental breakfast including homemade jams and marmalades was a great way to start our days. Located just a short walk from the City it was ideally located. We will be returning to Lincoln in 2024 and there is only one place that I'll be staying.

I have stayed at the hotel on several previous occasions. The house is very welcoming, extremely comfortable and very clean, everything you need for a stay.

There was nothing that I did not like; as previously I have stayed there before and know exactly what I am going to get. The owners are very welcoming, without being overpowering; the rooms are delightful and I would recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to visit Lincoln.

We have been fortunate to stay at Creston Villa previously & enjoyed Iain & Anna’s excellent accomodation. Would stay again.

The cleanest accommodation we've ever stayed in. We've visited many hotels and guest houses over the years and Creston Villa is the cleanest; it's immaculately clean. The hosts are very warm and welcoming.

This is great place to stay. It exceeded my expectations by far. Our room was very clean and and the continental breakfast was second to none. Parking facility was also available. The host was very friendly.

The breakfast was brilliant and it was great to talk to the hosts who obviously take a lot of pride in what they do. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and quiet. Highly recommend.

The place is beautiful, full of eclectic art. There is a great back garden to chill in the evening with a bottle of wine, each room is unique, comfortable, very well equipped. I've stayed here once on my own and knew that if I had any friends visiting me from abroad and I wanted to show them the best UK had to offer, I would take them to Lincoln to not only see the beautiful town but to stay at Creston Villa. I had a friend to visit me in London for NYE and I'm very pleased to say that this stay had been one of the highlights of our whole trip. Staying at Iain and Ann's is a very unique experience. It's not something that could ever be replicated by someone else. Both are very kind and warm people and they make you feel like you just woke up in your extended family house. The breakfast is exceptional as well, a beautiful spread of delicious food. Whenever a topic of b&bs or hotels comes up, I always mention my experience with Creston Villa, I've been so impressed with the house and its hosts both times.

I don't think there was anything. Not for someone who hates walking and doesn't have a car? It's a bit further away from centre. But not an issue for us

There really isn't anything you couldn't like about this guest house, it's a little gem. The hosts, Anna and Iain are so hospitable and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room was lovely, lots of space and storage and spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast was really good and the home made jam was lovely and Anna's home made cookies are to die for.

Iain and Anna are friendly and helpful hosts of a lovely Guest House. Iain showed and told me everything I needed during check-in. The room (the Attic room) was beautiful and the shower was most welcome after a day out in the cold Lincs countryside. The whole place was spotless. In the morning the welcome at breakfast, and the quality produce was first-rate, including Anna's home-made preserves and oatie cookies. On leaving Iain made sure that I could negotiate the narrow parking exit ok, so that was no problem (after we'd de-iced our vehicles 🥶). I highly recommend Creston Villa.

a beautifully furnished and well maintained Victorian house with many original features. my room was small but nicely furnished and very clean. bathroom very good but across hallway not en-suite. bathrobe provided in bedroom.

would have like en-suite but as no one else on my floor was able to go back and forth with no problem. the bathroom was for my exclusive use.

It was quirky and everywhere you looked you found something to make you smile. Bedroom was not really for a male guest on his own, but that bed was incredibly comfortable.

The car park was hard work so I stayed on the road!!

The hosts like the house were very special, kind, considerate and helpful. The breakfast was first class and plentiful. All in all an enjoyable experience which I would highly recommend.
