De afstand naar het centrum is prima te doen te voet of met de fiets, maar het regende en dan is het jammer dat je zo ver uit het centrum zit.

Chambre spacieuse , propre, bien équipée. Petit dejeuner copieux et de bonne qualité. Grand parking souterrain

Le wifi de l'Hotel est de qualité médiocre. les connexions sont parfois aléatoires. Le systeme d'interphone pour entrer et sortir du parking est fastidieux à utiliser.

De locatie en hoe het was ingericht.

Prijskwaliteit is echt een No Go! Vloerbedekking op de eerste verdieping waar wij zaten in de gang vol met vlekken. Zwembad slecht onderhouden. Totaal anders op de site dan in realiteit.

Out of the way! To difficult to get into center city. Not worth the time wasted to commute to Dam Square and other places of interest!

Чистый уютный номер. Полотенца, есть все банные принадлежности. Удобная большая кровать, удобные подушки и ооочень большое одеяло) Также в номере есть чайник, небольшая кофемашина. Рядом трамвайная остановка . До центра около 20 минут на трамвае.

Sound of the street was very loud in the night, even with closed windows. Sockets and switches was old and fell out of the wall. The room was poorly cleaned.

The rudest staff I have ever seen in my life! Stayed at the hotel many times won’t be staying again after how they treated me

It was clean.

Bathroom door were made of glass, even if I’m traveling with my husband the lack of privacy was horrible. Specially that room was small and on the wall was mounted a mirror, so person who were lying in the bed could see person sitting on the toilet 😬

Place a bit far from centre. We already knew this when we made the booking, but it was a quiet area, which is what we wanted.

Furniture a bit out of date. Lots of dust

Good staff. Bookings showed we booked a room with bathtub but we were given one without it but later the staff changed it for us. Good spacious, clean room. Lota of facities including pool. Good location.

Slight mismanagement at first but was managed later. We weren't informed we needed to submit a security fee first. But that's about it.

The location and availability of Amsterdam hotels were the main reason I booked.

The rooms seemed a little tired and dated and needed a spruce up. I would have liked more coffee and water to be supplied daily.

Everything was perfect.

I did not like the behaviour of the F&B manager in the dinner lounge. he was rude when we asked for vegetarian dinner and put anchovies in it. when I specifically ordered saying vegetarian, he should have told me that the dish contains fish. the menu is tough to read too but he could have been much nicer and polite instead of being rude

good location, friendly staff always looked after, comfortable beds and pillows, blackout curtains, mini fridge. overall we loved our stay and really appreciate the staff looking after us and letting us in the room a couple of hours early as-well as letting us store our bags until we flew home.

in previous rooms when I have stayed at the hotel the rooms had nice carpets that matched the interior, but on the most recent stay the room had a laminate (wooden) floor, also on previous stays the bathroom/room has been a lot bigger over all and we were quite disappointed to find that the bathtub was not double ended like other rooms we have previously been in an was actually about half the size, the lights in the wardrobe did not work and neither did the big lamp next to the tv. at one point I also dropped some coins that rolled under the bed an when I went to retrieve them I noticed that under the bed was like it had never been cleaned. these details wouldn’t usually have mattered to me or my girlfriend as we love this location and hotel but it really stuck out to us this time and we were quite disappointed as soon as we opened the door, and the reason for this is we payed nearly twice as much as we have done in the past for the same room. For it to be smaller and there be a lot more issues with it.
