Great location! Lovely private beach. We felt very safe and at peace here. The food was fantastic! The Staff are all very friendly and nothing was a hassle for them - Nice big rooms, good cleaners the whole resort is spotless. Laundry service was top class! Activities we booked through the hotel were very good, safe and great service. The entertainment team were great fun! My partner has Coeliac disease, not all Countries and resorts understand this food allergy. On arrival we were met by the Head Chef, he immediately made her feel comfortable and introduced us to all his staff so they knew she had an allergy. At every meal we would meet Chef Mohammed and he would walk around the buffet with us telling us any allergen information! They made fresh gluten free deserts for each meal and even made a Gluten free birthday cake for us without us asking!

staff are fabulous, can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and we had towel art from the cleaner every day. There was a good selection of food from continental to egyptian dishes, the hotel has several restaurants you can use as well as a newly refurbished beach bar.

Location was perfect. Very good beach and great people work there especially manager! Awesome guy. Food was good but should serve shrimps also. Sisha/Hookah was very good and room was very decent and clean + very quiet.. enjoyed sleeping there

Très bel hotel, bien placé, staff très accueillant, buffet varié et délicieux, plage privée, on y retournera!

Make sure you request a shower or a bath tub before you arrive as these are not always available. Pillows could be softer.

Friendly staff, good beach and clear water, beautiful reef is nearby.

A little bit outdated furniture and lack of bath kits for 5* hotel. Italian and oriental restaurants are not tasty.

Posizione eccellente, spiaggia ottima e servizio impeccabile

Cibo pessimo davvero, mi sorprende leggere diversamente. Molte delle portate al limite del commestibile

The A/C in our rooms wasn’t effective. 31 degrees inside the rooms!!! The reception didn’t care till we insisted several times to switch rooms. In addition once we did check in they told us that entrance to dinner is with long pants only. As we hd no pants (who brings long pants to Egypt vacation in the summer?!?) they let us eat outside.

really don’t know where to start First I would like to get all of guest’s attention to how the staff were tremendously friendly, helpful, kind on their own Egyptian style Starting from front desk staff ending with house keeping. Don’t expect that u will see high professional 5 stars luxuries place by hotels standards but in somehow u will feel special by there efforts to please u Location and decor were accepted Food was to me very balanced and they were trying to provide what u asked for. Wifi is good even though i had my own network but I tried it. Activities and live shows were very good The vibes was very nice I recommend this beautiful resort for everyone who’s interested to come . Things to improve: Trying to find a solution for mosquitoes was very very disturbing. Room services restaurants 24 Towels box on the beach and pool It would be even better if ventilation system could be improved like outdoors fans or AC Room AC need to be improved The furniture a bit outdated

Furniture can be renewed. Cocktails are too simple for a 5* hotel. Some of the staff doesn’t speak or understand english well so I had to repeat some of my orders for a few times.

Beautifully appointed hotel in a lovely bay . Sandy beaches with a great beach bar . Total relaxation. wonderful staff. Room was perfect . Excellent massages.

often the white wine wasn’t chilled but the red wine was !! cocktails weren’t great.

we enjoy the good vibes from the hotel staff , The cleanliness of the hotel was at a high level , and the chill. Valid the ballboy, Sayed from the beach bar, and Sami from the resturants are so great, nice and carefull, we love them.

the food itself was borind and low qaullity of cooking.. no music at the pool, the most guest was old people so...

Everything was so good, the staff were wonderful and helpful, very entertaining and friendly people working all round the place. Very good food and big variety of food all time, room was perfect and all facilities were great

Dinner time men have to wear long trousers which was not necessary in fact because it is casual place All restaurants should be booked one day in advance except the all day dining restaurant, which is not proper way for such place because one cannot plan well his day

The place is great. is next to the centre so you can walk around, visit mosque and another shops. its very convenient. the facility is beautiful. the staff are very helpful and they are trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. they also have various activities

the food was very average to mediocre. I am sad to write this and I understand that you work with sources you have but I was very dissatisfied with food. just example pasta. i have photo of pasta they made. I could not eat it at all. the fruit, pasterry and desserts were good but I think they should work on quality of food
