Our family room was very big & spacious. Overall cleanliness was good too.

Room make-up was quite late in the afternoon & clashed with time when kids need to take their afternoon nap.

It looks like rundown but it’s not. It’s nice for family time.

All of the rooms are family sized, a rarity in Singapore. The 3 pools were awesome. Other reviewers mention swim classes on the weekend. This is true, however, they only took up 2 lanes in the big pool and a small portion of the fun pool, so no worries there. The fun pool has a small slide that's great. We stayed there for it's location, close to a large number of hiking and biking trails. There are also many hidden gem restaurants in the vicinity. We were able to check in our bags so we could explore on our final day. We will return as there is much more to explore.

The price is a bit steep on the weekends. I would return again, but only on weekdays. Our room wasn't shabby, as some have noted. There was a slight musty smell when we entered, but that went away once the air con kicked in. Room was clean, with slight wear and tear.

Love The quad rooms and the balcony that has a great view.

The lady staff is not warm and welcoming. Instead very snappy and impatient to all my enquiries. The toilet needs a lil scrubbing and bleaching on some rusty and stained areas.
