Amazing apartment right next to the main square in the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing facilities in the apartment including jacuzzi bath and kitchen with all necessary plates, cutlery etc. It definitely had the wow factor when first entering it and proved to be a comfortable stay throughout. Bed was big and comfy. Would definitely return here when we come back to visit Krakow

It would have been useful to be shown how to work some of the electronic features of the apartment on arrival but staff were helpful with explaining how things worked when asked so this wasn't an issue.

Great location only 1 minute off main square

The hotel was a 30 second walk from main square. The room was lovely, large in size, nice decor, comfortable beds. We had a problem with our shower but was fixed same day after letting staff know.

Nothing, would highly recommend.

the room has been designed perfectly! with high ceilings, wood and brick design! facilities were amazing! especially the jacuzzi bath and shower!

It was gorgeous, I absolutely loved the style. It was so pretty and very clean.

The one downfall in my opinion was not having a mirror other than the small mirror in the bathroom.

I liked the Look and lay out of the rooms. It's also in an excellent location.

I didn't like the beds. They were uncomfortable to sleep on and way to hard. So I couldn't really sleep the whole time I was there. This was a major let down as I was in a junior suite so I was expecting the bed to be better.

I expected a hot tub/jacuzzi bath in the room based on the description but there was a shower. This was lovely and clean though.

Ideal location and nice decor. Staff were really great, they helped with some tickets for our trip to Zakopane.

Shower was leaking, mentioned to reception and the resealed it but happened again.

Perfect location, prettiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Room was always cleaned so nicely. Soaps and shampoos regularly restocked for us. Friendly staff. Jacuzzi bath was amazing.

Shower head to use in bath to have a quick shower was a little awkward but bath itself amazing.
