service was awful, feels like you live at someone’s place rather than at a hotel and the owner and the personnel are not really happy with you staying at their place

Rooms not soundproofed and you could hear everything from other rooms or in the corridor. The mattress was concave and the pillows very uncomfortable. I slept terribly. There were annoying flies and other insects in the restaurant area (late October) and the hotel staff said they couldn't do anything about it. Medium-low quality of food and few variety. Same thing for breakfast. I don't think I will return to this hotel again.

Rooms are fresh and well designed, quite big size, mine had a balcony. Has a private/gated parking with a roof. Free of charge. Price is less comparing to Pushkin.

Location is not nice at all, a lot of enterprises all around. Shower looks great but water pressure & temperature wasn’t as great, drainage also wasn’t working well. Breakfast is 3/5, not much of a variety, however has a coffee machine & option to get omelette per request. Staff did it’s job but wasn’t really a nice ones, probably were tired (we signed in after 10pm), or maybe my look wasn’t that impressive (hoodie & sweat pants) Basing on above I would suggest ideal pricing to be approx 20k per night (but that’s my opinion).

It was fine for doing the best with the means you have. I will give specific examples: . Bread container broken & fixed . Bread not too fresh, little variety . Poor choice of fruit . No yoghurt

Clean and tidy rooms, very big space inside the rooms, you can find most of comfort you need inside this hotel!The internet of good speed and stable all the time.
