The breakfast had a very good variety of food. A lovely hotel to stay in.. We loved the decorating in common areas, rooms with choice of colours.

Have no complaints, other than the exorbitant prices of hotels todsy.

The room was clean, big space, the receptionists were very kind, the breakfast is delicious, the whole hotel is amazing , I definitely recommend it, and I def come back soon!!

Location of property was good. Breakfast had a good variety of foods and was replenished frequently. Rooms were clean and lots of space. Liked the mini fridge and microwave.

It was noisy in the halls at night.

Rooms were not cleaned. Pool temperature was extremely low that it was not enjoyable. Pool area had garbage laying around. Chewed gum was stuck to the pool lounges. Staff were unfortunately extremely rude when issues were brought to their attention. The rooms were very dated for being newer hotel. Common areas around the hotel were littered with garbage. We stayed at the hotel for two hours before deciding to book with another hotel that was more accommodating. Wifi was exclusive to members only and this was a work/Leisure stay. We had to make a rewards account yet after staying for two hours left the hotel to stay at the Holman which was extremely friendly and accommodating for such short notice. Was tempted to tell arriving families to not bother wasting the money and time as they were waiting to be checked in.
