The room was awesome.. We had the king suite with jacuzzi tub.

The location of the room is right above the front lobby that sucked. The front desk girl named Tracey I think was horrible! She's that type that her position In management has gone straight to her head. The weekend I went was a huge street party in charlottetown we n Left early from the party and brought 2 other friends back to our to grab sweaters. Well, doesn't this Tracey women come up knocking at my door only a few minutes after we arrived. Telling me Im not aloud to have guests over past 10:00pm. The next morning I go to the front desk to extend my stay for one more night and this nice young dark young women explained to me that I wasn't allowed to rent rooms there anymore and unable to extend my stay. I have never in my years renting rooms been exempt for having ppl (mature adults not noisy or crazy) in my room. Nor have o ever been excluded from a hotel for having ppl over. We weren't noisy, smoking, drinking, or making a racket at all. So this women lost her company that she manages customers and money.

The room was clean

The fridge needed to be defrosted, there was no shampoo in the bathroom (two conditioners), no gluten-free or dairy-free options for breakfast. The outside of the building could be cleaned

The main area and restaurant smelled bad, so bad that I couldn’t go and get my free breakfasts. The room had an ancient and very loud air conditioner. I couldn’t close the curtains as it would impede the AC from working. Motel was very far from downtown Charlottetown.

It was in a good location and the price was reasonable. The continental breakfast was good. Heated outdoor pool was decent.

The room was very damp. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, but we weren’t able to get into our room until 3:30. The bathroom needed a good deep cleaning and airing out; it was very musty.

Convenient location, free parking right out the door of our unit. Large room with table and chairs, 2 queen beds, small patio out back with table and chairs. Excellent water pressure.

Parking was right in front of your room therefore it was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a restaurant on site.

The staff are very nice, the beds and the rooms are comfortable and the included breakfast was great! It is brilliant value for money.

The windows of the rooms look out onto the carpark and it is not all that close to the city.

could not find remote(hidden in a draw). coffee perk and alarm clocks were unplugged and i had to move furniture out to plug back in , not easy because i had a cast on my hand

The breakfast was good but only one staff on so was very slow and crowded

That only had one staff looking after the large crowd of people
