The rooms were spacious

I never seen such an unprofessional behaviour in my life. I came at the hotel and they told me on my face that they have given the room to someone else because I was late. Still we begged for a room as we had nowhere else to go and it was our first visit to Chennai. Initially we booked a non AC room, but after continuous begging they gave us an expensive ac room for a day. Basically it was all a scam to charge more from us. I have still not started on that man's rude behaviour in the reception. They kept on telling us there are no rooms. Still again I tried to book the same hotel through Agoda. Agoda confirmed the booking, but the reception people told us there are no rooms (a lie on the face). They told us why did we book again without asking them and why we booked a non AC room again. Look at the greed and audacity. Somehow they agreed to give us a room for a week as we had no option left from accepting the highly expensive room (we were stranded). The man on the reception is a big thief (trying to control my tongue). Is this sort of hotels booking.com vouches for? Highly disappointed
