The staff were really friendly and the food was amazing.

It was 9th December ,Windy winter weather experience ,but we had good hot water supply heater and blankets to keep us warm. Had a good night sleep ,No disturbances.

Access from the main road to the property is difficult terrain and not suitable for 🚗. Consider as urgent intervention.

The views are spectacular and it’s a very beautiful inn surrounded by nature

The nearest sundry shop is about 400m down the slope and roads leading up to the inn is steep. Need a good driver who is experienced with the roads to take you up.

We booked last second as it was no longer possible for us to make it to our first option! The room was ready immediatelly, and Chef Hiran fired up a great dinner for us as soon as we got there. Food was delicious!! It is an easy access to Horton's plaines, and had a great day hiking!

Unfortunatelly we got there late and departed early, so could not enjoy the beautiful views the hotel has to offer. We only saw the lake from the room when the lightning lighted up the dark skys.

What a lovely, tranquil place to stay beside a cute lake and pretty hills. We felt very welcome, and all the staff were kind and fantastic! Great food too. It was the perfect choice for us as Nuwara Eliya town is very busy. It was brilliant to have Tranquil Villa to escape to.

It’s like a peaceful oasis! The view is amazing and you feel at home. Everything is super clean and we got two big blanket for the night because it’s a bit cold in the mountain. Food was very good also and we felt welcomed to this place. Had a very pleasant stay in this house.

The road leading to the property is damaged so it makes it complicated to reach the house. Other than that, lovely place.

All was good. A nice personnel, a gorgeous view on the lake. Delicious food.

Property is new and clean and well maintained. Chef in charge Hiran and his assistant Athula know s how to cater to their clients. Food was delicious and ,made-to-order .we enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast which was presented to us like in a five star hotel.. lobby areas are tastefully decorated and we really enjoyed the time we spend there.

Once you turn off from the Ambewela road last 500mtrs was difficult. Stone paved muddy road. vehicle's with high Clarence will do.
