Instructions very clear and sent by email. House was very well equipped for self catering and spacious and light. Plenty of hot water and heating so cosy in the evenings. Great selection of DVDs and smart TV access. Lovely walk down hill to the beach and restaurant and short trip to supermarket and great vegan restaurant. Beautiful bay and view from the house.
Cannot think of anything. We had a combi boiler loss of pressure but Paul immediately sorted it out so good to know that their team are responsive and only a call away.

Quiet location well equipped with sea views and parking.
No real criticisms. Would have liked a bigger tv and bigger bed, but that would not put me off booking.

The property was exceptionally clean, and was equipped with everything you could ever think of needing. It was very homely, fantastic sea view, quiet location, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Great location with views over Carbis Bay, near St Ives (good walk, or 5 mins train ride from Carbis Bay stn). Well equipped kitchen, spacious and clean accomodation. Parking for 2 cars and small garden with outdoor seating and BBQ. Very comfortable. Handy for local shops.

Location was great, short walk to the beach & a nice coastal walk to St Ives. Lovely sea views and size of house and facilities great.

For a week with my young girls near st ives this was perfect. The house was clean and perfectly presented with everything you might need for a week by the beach.
Just out of st ives location meant it was peaceful. It was 7 minutes walk down to the beach and 15 back up! The beach was perfect. Golden sand and mostly with enough waves to try body boarding or just making sand castles. All the other tourist things are an easy drive.
My only heads up for others visiting is all the houses overlooking the stunning Carbis bay are on a steep hillside. The road in and out might not be for the feint hearted or new drivers. But this is such a minor thing if your a half decent driver it’ll be fun and an adventure... my girls laughed whenever we turned down the hill.
The 8am check out... 9 would have been an improvement.
