الموظفين روبيرتو موظف المطعم و جوزيف موظف الاستقبال ودودين ومتفانين في تقديم الخدمة

مكيف الغرفه رقم 517 خربان وبلغت الاستقبال يومياً خلال اقامتي ولم تصلح المشكلة فهيا عامه حتى في مرافق الفندق المطعم و الاستقبال المصعد 2 فقط واحد منهم معطل خلال اقامتي

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال وتعامل مسؤل المطعم اسباني الجنسية و أيضاً الموقع قريب من هايبر ماركت TESCO و قرب الموقع من محطات الباص. الغرف بالفندق عبارة عن غرفة نوم صغيرة وصالة بها كنبة تصبح سرير ومطبخ به جميع الاحتياجات و كاسات و أواني طبخ وثلاجة وطاولة مع كرسيين للأكل وطاولة كوي مع مكواة بخار بسيطة

السعر مرتفع بالنسبة للموقع وبعض الاثاث يحتاج الى تبديل ( الكنبة مكسورة ) ولم يتعاونو الموظفين بإصلاحها غرفة 326. النظافة يومية ولكن دون اهتمام لم يغيرو شرشف سرير الكنبة خلال 10 ليالي لايوجد شطاف وتغلبت على هذه المشكلة بإحضار شطاف متنقل. المكواة كانت سيئة يضعو 4 قوارير مياه صغيرة لأول يوم فقط البوفية بسيط ومكرر إقامتي كانت 10 ليالي لم يزيد او ينقص مصعدين بطيئة من النظام القديم متعبة أوقات الذروة وكنت معتمد على السلالم خاصة بالنزول يجبروك على الرياضة يوجد مصعد للخدمات من داخل المطعم كنا نستخدمه بعض الأحيان

Very little.

The staff were quite rude and surly in general. I was asked for my passport at check-in, despite the booking detail clearly stating my nationality. Further, despite having settled my account before arrival, I was asked for a £50 deposit before the key was provided; when I asked for an explanation, I was informed that it was to help rebuild trust between the clients and the hotel! That is a ridiculous strategy, how does this charge which seeks to place everybody in the same bracket show any respect, let alone build trust. The hotel has no restaurant, which is just unacceptable, but it does have a fairly awful little shop that sells several useless items at c3-400% mark-up, greed in its worst form! You can grab a drink in the bar, but again, prices were hiked to a point that was sickening. I heard comments from international guests that made me truly embarrassed to be British, this hotel is nothing more than the worst embodiment of “Rip off Britain”. At c£320 pn, even in London, this price was simply not justified. I would prefer to be in a Premier Inn or similar Budget hotel any day of the week.

Its good if there is a swimming pool in the hotel .

Rigtig fin morgenmad - dog var der proppet med mennesker. Vi havde 4 morgener og prøvede alle tider, det var lettere kaotisk. Men personalet gjorde hvad de kunne.

Opredningen var en sofa, som var slået ud. Den var ikke god til 4 nætter.

The location is convenient to access most of the attractions, breakfast is good and the decors of the rooms are modern and appealing

The lift is too small and slow, the sofa bed is not comfortable

Easy walk to Earls Court station and Tesco is next door. Places to eat were close by, a 10 minute walk in either direction. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The large double bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
