It was a lovely apartment and great location.

At the pick up I received a post card with the picture of the building and a dot where the apartment was supposed to be located. It also had a number. At arrival there was no numbers on the apartment doors only Family names. We called the check in reception and were brushed off quite rudely from the responsible person. The simple statement of the name on the door would have made life much easier. A little more friendliness too.

small annoying details - nothing too important but could be easily fixed: broken lamp in living room, generally not enough light in any of the rooms... VERY uncomfortable sleeping sofa

Easy to get to sightseeing sights.

The flat is very noisy. All rooms facing very busy streets. Had to close windows at night. Far too expensive for what you get. No dish washer in the kitchen, old kitchen. Photos do not give a realistic picture of the place.

definitely not for 4 person. terrible and broken sofa. devasted kitchen. parking is not free despite of what the offer sais.

The place itself is excellent value for money. Quite large too. Location is also great, walking distance from the palace. Staff was quite accommodating as well.

We weren't able to figure out why the heating was out (but it wasn't so cold so it was okay). That's about it. it was basically a good experience, overall.

Very big apartment at right location, good quality equipment

It was a little bit smelly in the small bedroom, may be from previous guests (Pets !).

The appartement is bigger then it seems on the pictures. We where with 4 persons but there was room for 6. 2 bed rooms big kitchen. Very large living room and a nice bathroom. Really enjoyed staying here would definitely recommend!
