Preluk beach is unmaintained

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean! The first impression was - everything smell sooooo nice and pleasent! The breakfast was satisfying, not with a lot of options but considering that those are apartmants and not a hotel it was totally fine. Location is amazing - 5 minutes drive from Rijeka and 5 minutes drive from the center of Opatija. Staff was super friendly and polite!

We had a huge room on the first floor of the building equipped with kitchen. An unexpected bonus was that the room was serviced daily. Very friendly and helpful check-in experience with helpful suggestions provided regarding local attractions and where to dine. The coastal Franz Josef promenade is stunning, and the start is not too far from the apartments. The nearest restaurants are in Volosko which is a short drive away. Off road parking provided at the property and brilliant breakfast provided daily. A good base for visiting Opatia and this region of the Kvarner riviera.

Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable and well furnished rooms in a new purpose built building. Helpful welcoming staff let us check in early and accepted a delivery for us before we arrived. There was free parking right in front of the building and it is only a short drive from Opatija.

Nice, bright apartment, just across the street from the beach, and close to another, more intimate one. Possible to get from and to Rijeka even by public transport (bus stop very close from the place).

From two double beds available, one was actually a couch, not as comfortable as the actual bed. A bit away from Opatija (and thus restaurants and other infrastructures), but not problematic when travelling by car.
