El cuarto muy cómodo, el aire acondicionado muy sabroso

La chica que me atendió, no sé si no me entendía lo que le preguntaba o tenía ya prisa por irse. En la recepción hay demasiado calor. La alberca estaba cerrada

Il resto scandaloso: wifi all'arrivo non funzionante, alla richiesta di una saponetta per lavarsi il corpo mi viene detto di usare il sapone per le mani, ho dovuto lavare le tazze e i piatti della colazione, neanche un appoggio/stendino in bagno, doccia mal funzionante, solo due asciugamani grossi in tutto, colazione scarsissima e per due fette di pane e Marmellata in più ho dovuto pagare, spazi comuni trasandati...sembra più una comune che un B&B

Extreme gentillesse du personnel. Petite piscine, bon petit déjeuner. Propreté générale hormis la piscine .

Chambre présentée = complétement aveugle. J'en ai demandé une autre laquelle était sans salle de bain privée mais on ne m'a pas remboursé la différence de prix car il avait été prélevé par booking. La chambre ne disposait que d'une petite table et d'une chaise et rien pour mettre ses affaires. Dans la nuit le climatiseur a rendu de l'eau. Je l'ai signalé. Quand je suis partie en excursion puis suis revenue et on m'a dit que ca avait été réparé mais non , et j'ai reçu de l'eau sur la tête dans la nuit de nouveau. Des excuses mais aucune ristourne de proposée.

The common areas and the kitchen were really nice. The pool doesn't look super clean but it's always nice to have an option to cool down. I guess other rooms are nicer and more quiet. But it's quite cheap as well!

Noisy: We had a private room with our own bathroom, but it was behind the kitchen and garden and you could literally hear it if someone put down a cup, got water or... Anything! Same for the garden, if there's people chilling/talking you can hear everything. They also have a doorbell which rings right outside of the tiny (and only!) window of the room. They don't mention that the reception only opens at 8, so people coming in from nightbuses ring the bell (sometimes every 10 seconds) which sounds like it's in the room. Location: it's about 15-20 minute walk to the centre where things are happening. It's fine during the day to walk back and forth, but it prevented me from going out very easily at night, which is a shame because there are events at the main square every evening! Staff: a few (local?) ones are super nice and the cleaning staff is very sweet. There's also some volunteers (I am guessing) and they are friendly, but more concerned about socializing and chilling than for example taking care of breakfast it seemed :) but when you ask them they will help you.

Nada, todo perfecto!

Room was comfortable but could’ve used more pillows, 1 pillow per person is not enough with a hard bed. WiFi was fantastic and very reliable, some of the best WiFi during my stay in Mexico. Good aircon. Didn’t use kitchen in room but it looked decent.

The pool was dirty and very uninviting, loss of mosquitoes around it. Got badly bitten just eating breakfast. Breakfast that was included was toast, and cereal, not very exciting. Was a little out of the way but wasn’t too bad.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación y que hay zona para aparcar en la calle.

Desayuno escaso. La piscina se veía sucia, al igual que las zonas comunes. Habitación sin ventana. Paredes de pladur, con lo que se oía TODO lo de otras habitaciones. Pero lo que se llevó la palma fue que esa noche llovió y había una gotera dentro de la habitación que tuvimos que paliar con un cubo y toallas para poder dormir.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Ich hatte mal Ameisen und eine kleine Eidechse im Zimmer, mir wurde auf Nachfrage aber sofort geholfen!
