2 ampie camere da letto, ognuna con il proprio bagno. Questo appartamento si trova nella parte più desiderabile di South Redondo Beach. Eccellente sicurezza in questo condominio di fronte all'oceano. Solo pochi passi per raggiungere a piedi il famoso King Harbour. Questo condominio è stato recentemente rinnovato e situato vicino ai ristoranti e ai negozi del Riviera Village ea 6 minuti in auto dal molo di Hermosa.
Entrambe le camere includono un letto queen size e ognuna con TV HD. Entrambe le camere sono situate al secondo piano. L'ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo con vista sull'oceano e la cucina è attrezzata con set completo di piatti, pentole e padelle pronti per la cottura.
L'artista della California, le stampe di Patrick Nagel sono state visualizzate attraverso l'appartamento. Questo bellissimo appartamento si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, a pochi passi da ottimi ristoranti e negozi, quindi sentitevi liberi di lasciare l'auto a casa.

The property was great and exceeded my expectations. Our hosts were extraordinary. They live in the building and were available for some minor issues that were immediately resolved. Couldn't ask for a better location, 5 minutes to the Redondo Beach pier, 1.5 miles to Riveria Village and 2 miles to the Hermosa Beach pier. Easy walks! The unit was amazing stocked with linens, towels spices and kitchen ware. We also had beach toys! We are coming back in 2024!

We rented on VRBO before and are always thinking the property may not be as good as the listing. BUT this place is actually BETTER than the listing portrays it. The location is perfect, the unit is great. Being right on the beach is the best part. And the sunsets were stunning. We will go back. Thank you Teresa!

This was our first rental property and Teresa and Francisco made us feel comfortable from the first message we exchanged. The condo was great and felt like home for our family summer at the beach. During this crazy year, the pool/gym were closed, but the building was kept extra clean and we felt safe the entire stay. The beach and bike path were steps away and the hosts supplied sand toys and some boogie boards that were tons of fun! Would recommend to anyone looking for a beach condo in Redondo!

Dream vacation at the beach
From the first second at this place we felt very comfortable. Francisco and Theresa were perfect hosts. The residential was cozy , very clean and the view is awesome. We felt very safe at this place and the neighbors were all friendly. It was our first long time rental and we felt like home. We really looking forward to come back.

An incredible gem in a wonderful beach city!
This condo is everything it appears in the pictures and lives up to it once you experience it. I took an extended vacation following retirement and chose Redondo Beach and this condo. It was a fabulous experience. The home was well stocked with everything needed, very tastefully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. The view is spectacular and the location offers everything within a short walking distance. That includes a swim in the ocean, walks or jogs along the beach, a Wholefoods grocery store a few blocks away and incredible restaurants along the pier, another short walk away. It's in a very family friendly community. At night it's amazingly quiet with the exception of the wonderful sound of the ocean to put you to sleep. I plan to do it again...same location!
