The location
The host was unfriendly and officious in communications. The house is very small, and in the main bedroom is the hot water tank which makes the room unbearably hot. It smelt of dogs. There was very few glasses and no BBQ in the garden (which is a tiny patio) as advertsised. There were signs printed throught the house making it feel unpleasnt and I was sent a text warning me to be out by 10am on a Sunday or face further charges.

Comfortable lounge area.Main Beds were comfortable.Every thing needed for kitchen was there.
could do with a little air conditioning as only one fan,very hot in twin bedroom.

The location very close to harbour and quay and the Old Town was lovely
We couldn’t flush the toilet but had to use buckets to flush things away for 4 nights. Some of the tiles in the bathroom were broken and dirty, as was the outer edge of the shower. The shower door wouldn’t close properly. The oven was dirty as was the washing up bowl. The fridge was completely frozen with ice inside. The curtains were thin, cheap unlined cotton and were hanging off in one room. Outside at both the front and back of the house comprised small bricks through which numerous weeds. In short, the house looked neglected and in need of some urgent cleaning and maintenance

Back porch was not clean and we could not use it, due to the neighbors dog(barking/scratching at dividing wall.

Colbourne is very conveniently situated and is within easy walking distance of the sea, the Quay and the historic old town.
It’s a nice house with comfortable beds. There was a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk etc which was very useful. The owner is extremely responsive and always replied immediately to messages; this was reassuring, before, during and after our stay at the property.
The outside key safe is difficult to operate.

The house was nice and the location was close to everything.
The neighbour next door on the Friday nite was outside shouting at each other with disgusting language this went on for a while at 12.pm at night found it a bit embarrassing as we invited friends for my husband's birthday and kept them awake.

The property is ideally located for Poole Quay on a quiet estate. It is also close to supermarkets and the shopping centre. It had all we needed for a week's stay with a nearby parking space. It had been very thoroughly cleaned.

The location was ideal for our needs
The level of cleanliness downstairs was below our experience on a previous visit. Basic new season checks appear to have not been done. Light not working, dishwasher filthy, ant infestation, dusty.

good location for visiting the surrounding area, went to Corfe Castle and Bournemouth

The house is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is a perfect location for walking, sightseeing, eating out. A nice beach is about 20 min by bike. The host David is very helpful. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely book it again!
