Great hotel conveniently located close to Sandbanks area. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely return for another stay when getting the fast ferry from Guernsey to Poole.

Host upgraded our room when we arrived, beautiful room, very comfortable bed and breakfast very nice. Very friendly staff and made very welcome. Location ideal for visiting lots of different places.

Breakfast was fine I like a cooked breakfast myself but continental breakfast had numerous choices. Location was ideal short walk down to beach Poole and Bournemouth just a short drive away Hotel and rooms were outstanding

The only issue was the shower was very hot and the controls wouldnt turn to cool it

Superb breakfast presented with a smile. Nice to have plenty of fresh fruit. The room was extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic for not only a winter’s walk along the beach but to explore the area. Also the check-in experience was great and Chris couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome.

Location was perfect very quiet, few minutes walk to the beach, convenient access to most places. Property nice, very clean with spacious parking. Host was very helpful and friendly.

The rooms being close together was good and they very kindly let us check in early so we could get ready for a nearby wedding.

We had no toilet rolls in our room so used the tissues from the bedroom. The decor was pretty dated but adequate for a 1 night stay. No cooked breakfast was a disappointment I'm afraid.

Booking.com allocates the room and this can’t be changed without contacting them. The manor do upgrades depending on occasion and availability this couldn’t happen due to booking through booking.com also booking direct through the manor website gets you 10% off.

Everything about our stay at Grovefield Manor was excellent. The decor in our bedroom was beautiful, the room was roomy and light. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we both got a great night's sleep. The breakfast was more than adequate and all very well presented. Chris, our host, very friendly and chatty and provided us with lots of local places of interest including options for dinner. There was lots of room for free safe parking on the private grounds of the residence which is excellent.

We did not have any complaints about our stay and would certainly stay there again.

Chris however is a pain. Demanded payment despite having already paid Argued black was white when I showed him I'd paid already Kept on about preauth regardless of yhr fact I had already paid. Lied constantly that he hadn't had the money I approached my bank who refunded the over charge. I showed this to Chris and he still wouldn't have that he had charged me twice. I feel this is a deliberate act on his part
