It was in a lovely apartment and location great views from the apartment and easy access to facilities without needing to go too far. I took my elderly parents away so we didn't have to go out in the car every day because of its location. Nice area for me to go for a walk and not worry about them.

It wasnt a dislike it is something I need to consider in the future because of their ability. The height of the bed wasn't easy for them to get in and out of and also the step up into the shower cubicle.

The situation of the apartment overlooking the quay was brilliant and it had everything we needed. Would not hesitate in recommending.

The scaffolding. HOWEVER we were forewarned and this was starting to be taken down during our stay. One issue we had was with the shower area. The cleaning around the shower base could have been better and head needed a descaling - stiff to adjust. Otherwise cleaning fine. We did mention this on departure.

Easy to find. All the information was provided in advance by the agency. Good quality, apartment with all the utilities and quite confortable. excelent size

Upon arrival the bath had a tide mark and some hair in it. Everything else was spot on We used the lift next to the flat that exited to the rear of the building to find two youths urinating on the wall. It’s wasn’t a pleasant experience We approached the concierge to make a comment to be told it’s a regular occurrence and that was that, we were dismissed!! This is unacceptable! We have stayed in the apartments before, it’s a fantastic location with high standards but this experience just isn’t satisfactory This needs to be reviewed and resolved. A cameras and light perhaps? Anyone reading this please remember this DOES NOT REFLECT ON THE APARTMENT IN ANYWAY. we appreciate that this is members of the public and NOT the fault of the letting agents but it’s frustrating when you closest exit experience is “dodging the urine!” Sorry to be direct but that’s exactly as it was. We used the front entrance to avoid this exit. Please take action !! This was our first holiday in 18 month and we’re disappointed with attitude we were met with about this situation

Spotlessly clean, huge apppartment great view of the harbour, lots of pubs and restaurants with in walking distance.

There is a picture hanging by the dining table it is so bad i had to take it down while i was there.
