There were scant facilities in the room, old and almost useless cutlery and TV and internet not working or available.

The check in time and check out time I feel customer is king and should check in and check out the time that they want too, because you pay alot of money for the place

The response from staff addressing our complaints they were very quick
There's no parking for the apartment my car was on the street for 5 days and I was very much uncomfortable but the security guys were always there. I complained about the curtains and the sliding door and the staff fitted curtains and fixed the door. The basin drainage system in the bathroom is blocked. The bed needs to be changed.

the location is very good , close to everything you could want on a holiday .
the apartment needs a lot of work. rusting railings , no curtains in the lounge . Lights not working . skirtings need replacing on walls and a fresh coat of paint is needed . Linen , pillows and towels are all stained .

I didn't like anything there.i feel I wasted my money.i disappointed my wife
Room was not clean.car packing was far.they don't escort u to that room.no curtain in the big sliding door..money is not complying with the apartment. Also the bed is not comfortable it is Like a ship shape when you sleep on it.dusty in air-conditioned.

Did have gate key for parking, came in lady still cleaning, sticks of cigarrates, no wifi

Location was great
We had bunch of dirty pillows in the wodrobe,the comfort had stains in it and the pillows had stains too,i ws also not happy with the bed it was two single beds instead of 1 double bed, to be honest the bedroom seemed like some had just woken up in it,was very disappointed

No privacy in the lounge. No curtains in the lounge. No teaspoons. Passage light hanging' not working. Bedside lamps not working. Bath Towels were old' frail and with holes. Sponge to wash dishes were used. Hair hanging on balcony rail. No care for cleanliness. No hand sanitizer provided. Very disappointed.
