What a wonderful condo this is! We enjoyed sitting on the big balcony overlooking the beach and surf. Hearing the waves roll in was so relaxing. The condo was clean and well appointed; everything we could have needed was there. The owners have even provided beach chairs to enjoy. I highly recommend this place. We will book it again on any future trips!

Great condo and the building was small enough that it wasn’t too crowded. The only downfall was the size of the pool but that doesn’t impact too much. We had a great time!

Everything about our vacation was amazing. The room was spotless, beds were SOOOOO comfortable, the condo had everything we needed and then some. Jason responded almost immediatly to my questoins. The check in was flawless! So many nice people stay here. We will be back again next year.

We really loved this place. The view from the balcony is terrific and the furniture is nice and comfortable. It's close to the elevator which makes for easy access and we never noticed any noise from the elevator or people in the hallway.
There is a small grocery store across the street which is convenient to get supplies.
The owner/Manager is local and was a great help to us when we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency back home.

Condo and owners were great. Not one bad thing to say. Everything is exactly as advertised and pictures don’t do condo justice. Had everything that we needed for a week and more. A super plus was outdoor pool was actually heated!!! Beach was perfect and condo is located near everything you need. If you want a spectacular dinner head to Jesses on the Bay in Fort Morgan short drive and you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience. Great condo and location. Jason was easy and plesant to work with. He and his wife live nearby and can respond to any issues quickly if you were to have any. We did not. Everything was great. We highly recommend.

The balcony had a great view of the beach and the access to it was perfect. Overall a beautiful location and the owners were super nice

Love the room and location!!! Kids slept with us in 2 king beds no problem! In room laundry with two small kids is a must have from now on! We had an amazing time with our children and grandchildren. The pool is a big plus for kids, it has indoor and outdoor swimming areas as well as a nice kiddy pool. Love that the pool area was shaded during the peak heat hours for the kids!

Condo is a little tired, but the reason we came was for the beach. Great access to the beach and pool was good for our grandchildren. The property manager, Jason, was exceptional.

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for 5 years now and this condo has been our favorite so far. The room was clean and spacious. The guest bedroom was big enough for the 4 of us, two adults and two small children (2 adults in main bedroom). Both bathrooms were huge compared to most. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had beach chairs and towels for guest to use! We will def book again

We had a perfectly glorious trip to Gulf Shores.. The condo was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. We rented our beach chairs and umbrellas from Ike’s, who was set up right by our condo. Definitely a “do again!”

The unit was very nice with a great balcony. The owner was great at communication, letting us know the room was available to occupy. We had a good time on the beach and we were located within walking of shops and restaurants.

The condo was perfect for us! A few things that we really appreciated:
1. LARGE curved balcony (it looked to be 20x10)
2. Lounge chairs in addition to the dining table on patio.
3. Great location on West Beach Blvd, we loved that area.
4. Our host was incredible with communication and accommodating when our flights were delayed

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving beach getaway! We loved the big balcony with an awesome view and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Owners were very easy to communicate/work with. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pictures from the website do not do this condo justice. This was the perfect spot for our getaway. The whole place was clean and inviting. There were only two of us, but you could fit another whole family comfortably. The view was spectacular. We saw dolphins right in front of us every morning. We saw the sunrise and sunset right from the balcony. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We had a week long stay and the condo was amazing! It had everything that we could possibly need! It was beautifully decorated and very welcoming! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Jason was very nice and answered all questions promptly! When we come back I would definitely stay here again! This was our family’s first beach vacation and it was a great one!

Very pleased with this beachfront condo. Great view and great location directly on the beach. The booking process was very easy. Pier 33 grocery store is right across the street and is a very well stocked store. We definitely were not ready to leave. I highly recommend booking this condo.

This unit has great views and the outdoor seating was nice. Great size for our party of 3 and very convenient being close to the elevator. However the outside noise is loud. We could hear the neighbors walking past the room from the elevator and the neighbors water running at 2:00 in the morning. We enjoyed time at the heated pool and hot tub as well.

504 Island Royale was very clean and furnished well. Elevators were fast and never had to wait very long for one. Parking was very good also. I think the best thing to me was the short walk from the Condo to the beach. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Had a wonderful time. This is our second stay and everything was top notch. Very clean and well taken of. Loved spending time on the large balcony with great oceanfront views. Owners are always great. Looking forward to our next visit here.

Very nice condo and great location to the beach. We have booked Jason's condos for many years. He is wonderful to work with and great with communication. If there is ever a problem he is very responsive and eager to please. Would highly recommend staying in one of his condos!
