Our host is very accommodating and understanding, probably the best part of our stay. Our dogs were able to stay because our host went beyond and made sure that we will enjoy our staycation.

internet from miranda b is slow and I was not able to work remotely unless i go near the pico restaurant my mobile data is fast. the resto in the beach have very poor service they put tequilla on our bill while we ordered only 4 quesadillas and 4 shakes

The facilities were nice. Still the best Glass church! Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a good place to relax and unwind with family or friends. Beautiful sunset by the beach. Condotel option, good for family/Friends on a budget. No corkage fee.

When I chose to book this Resort, I filtered for a pet friendly hotel/resort IN BOOKING.COM and this hotel was suggested. I expected that my family and I will be able to enjoy our stay here with our dog. I would understand if they won't allow dogs indoors (restaurants, shops etc.) , however even outdoors they didn't allow my tiny shih tzu to roam outside hotel premises ; the BEACH area why???!! And around the pool area and even elevators to go to the room! How can this be a pet friendly hotel if dogs are not allowed in most part of the resort???? Basically the hotel only allowed dogs outside the jungle and inside the room. Was it just for marketing?? Might as well remove the "PET FRIENDLY RESORT" in the filter, so not to fool pet owners when choosing a place to go for staycation. When we checked in It says on the wrist tag pets are not allowed (huwaattt??). This is the 3rd time i came here, but first time with a pet. Just noticed the hotel wasn't the same as before. The "luxurious feel/vibe" is lessen. Buildings are old and rusty, probably it wasn't maintained before due to the pandemic. Breakfast wasn't amazing in the hotel 800/pax just OK.

The proximity to the beach and the pool were excellent.

The wifi and internet access was poor. We checked in and where told the day of check in the wifi was being changed or something to that effect. This was not listed on booking.com or emailed to us prior to going there. Wifi in todays world is essential and needs to be available incase of emergency’s and other things especially if you are from out of country and do not have a Philippine number. After check in we were given a smart portable wifi thing but it only worked for that night the next day it did not function.

No specific parking space. 1st come 1st served. But really NO PARKING NEARBY. NO WIFI. Aircon in 1 room is not cold. Not really overlooking lagoon.

The property was pet friendly. The size of the condo could accommodate a bigger family.

Limited parking. Shuttle service was poor. While the condo is pet friendly, you may not bring your pets to most areas including the restaurants, the beach and pool areas.

I like the landscape architecture and How the spaces are strategically located.

They suddenly disallowed pets from the resort even if they said in their website that they are pet-friendly. They should implement that for upcoming guests and clearly state that in their website and other booking sites so as not to mislead the guests.

Room was good. Missing wine opener. Information provided seemed like hotel services were provided. Would of been cheaper to stay at the pico hotel.

Nice cozy condo and they even accommodated our request of birthday decorating it before we arrived. The balcony offers a nice and serene view of the mountains.

We were not informed that we have to bring our own water. Also, the communication gap between the facilitator and the property on-site during checkout. Lastly, when we booked, the place was tagged as pet friendly and then just a day before, we were not allowed to bring them. Very disappointing.
