Plenty to do, very large condo. Got to toast the bar grand opening! Easy to get around. Fantastic elevators. 6 of them, very fast, programmed very well.

Very disappointed in losing hot water 3 times and the last time was our last night when everyone needed to shower. Thermostat should have been replaced instead of fixed. Disappointed that we had to fix the problem ourselves because it was past hours. Phone numbers about 24 hour texting in the binder was false. We didn’t get help until we call the emergency number.

Perfect for a family getaway. We went early march and it was a touch cool. Beach was beautiful and the condo nice and quiet.

The unit was very nice. The Wi-Fi did not work like represented. It was an unsecured connection the entire time so no password was needed even though we were provided a password. Also, we were unable to use our cell phones in the unit. In order to send/receive texts or phone calls we had to go outside the unit to the elevator area or even the parking garage. This and the Wi-Fi were frustrating. We were notified prior to arrival that the ice machine under the counter was not working. We were unable to get the hair dryer in the master bedroom to work (glad we brought our own).

This property was amazing and the team was awesome. I have booked several places before but never had a team to check on you the way you do. I will be returning in the future. I did have an issue with the washer machine. It is old and a new one needs to be installed.

We got a chance to stay here for the 4th year. Different rental this time. Kitchen could use a few more pots and pans but other then that property was clean and stocked well!

We had such a wonderful stay! The property is bigger than it appears on the listing. Very nice and so convenient to everything. We hope to go back again!

The property was as advertised, clean, spacious and plenty of amenities. Could use some new living room furniture and TV. We loved the patio and furnishings. We did have to purchase TP, kleenex, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent, but that was in the condo info. The weather didn't cooperate, so we spent alot of time indoors; the pools could have been a bit warmer.

The condo was the perfect size, the perfect location and very clean. The balcony is right over the pool and a perfect view of the ocean. Some things to consider that may help you with your trip. If you want to grill, you have to use the grills on the first floor and they are not gas. Two chairs and an umbrella on the beach are $40, great if you don't want to carry a bunch of stuff to the beach. This condo is on the fifth floor, try to park on the 5th floor. If you don't at first there are always vehicles moving and you will eventually get one. The elevators can be a pain. It's in the fine print but parking is $35 per vehicle, something I overlooked. But they have armed security watching the property and every vehicle that enters which is great. There are shopping baskets on the floors near the garage that are great for carrying in all your stuff. If you want quality toilet paper, take your own. The place sleeps eight comfortably but can definitely sleep more if you need it too. There is a stereo in the living room but we could never get any sound out of it. The place is much bigger than I expected. I hope this helps future renters. But the condo is fantastic, and the kids will enjoy the lazy river and pools.

Wonderful stay
Place did not disappoint!!!! Gorgeous views, spacious living , nice building !!!! Walk to the beach !!! Communication directly with the property manager. Crowded elevators during peak times but we just took the stairs. Parking a little tight until you get the hang of driving In the garage then it was fine. Definitely worth the money !!!!!

Orange Beach Success
This was our first trip to the Orange Beach area and I'm so glad we decided to stay in your condo. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The condo is located on the 5th floor which is very convenient when parking, unloading, loading, etc. The amenities within Phoenix West II were excellent. Our little one LOVED the slide and pools.

Lovely condo
We very much enjoyed our 5-night stay at this condo! Condo is very nicely decorated & very spacious. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the balcony with the beautiful gulf view! The lazy river was very relaxing! This was a friend's getaway for 4 ladies from the Houston area. It was also a plus that this is on parking level so you don't have to wait for elevators when you come & go for outings.

Just as described. Easy access to pools (indoor & outdoor), lazy river and beach! Plenty of space to relax at the end of a day in the sun.
-Lots of great dining and grocery options nearby.
-They were replacing the roof during our stay, but did not disturb us and only impacted the traffic flow in garage.

Nice place for off season
We came down for a week nov 28-dec 5. It was pretty quiet. Lots of space on the beach. By the weekend it got a little louder and a little busier. I personally wouldn’t stay during peak season because I can only imagine how loud it would be with the pools below and everyone talking in their balconies. I would definitely stay again in off season.

Thanksgiving
This condo was perfect for our family Thanksgiving getaway! The amenities kept the kids busy while the adults enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. The condo and property were perfect!

Two Masters
This is a lovely condo in a beautiful location. I chose this condo because there are two Master bedrooms as we are elderly and are more comfortable with walk in showers. The second master had a shower/tub but there was a walk-in shower in the hallway laundry room. It worked out okay but narrative nor pictures made this clear. Carpets in bedrooms need a good cleaning or replacement. Only other comment would be that there should be at least four wine glasses in the lovely bar area.

Unit is great - building complex had some issues
The unit itself was wonderful! Clean and comfortable. The complex had some issues - indoor pool was closed for maintenance - a day earlier than expected. They were very noisy and had the doors open to the outside - lots of dust. The upstairs hot tubs had so much chlorine you couldn't stand to be near them - when reported to front desk they said their exhaust fan wasn't working. Had to ask front desk to open the water slide - it was closed for no apparent reason. Very disappointed with the complex unfortunately. No one ever cleaned the outdoor pools while we were there either and they needed it!

Great Property
We stayed here for a family vacation with two 3 year olds. The condo was exactly as described. We loved being so close to the beach, and the pools and water slide were a big hit with the kids. We had plenty of room for the three families. Communication with the property managers was great. We will definitely consider staying here again!

If you're on the fence about booking this place, don't be, book it right now! It's immaculate. The location is great. The communication with the property manager is stellar. You can't beat the view. The lazy river is a blast, and so is the water slide. (We were 4 grown adults that got right in line with all the kids and loved it!) The beach chair/umbrella rental right outside the front door was super convenient. My only complaint (and it's a VERY minor one) is that they got a little stingy with supplies - they basically only give you one of everything, and it's all travel sized stuff. We were just going down for the weekend so it was a bit bothersome to have to go to the store to buy TP, paper towels, dish soap, etc. (And we couldn't bring it with because we flew down.) Also, there are no spices or cooking oils of any kind, which we've found to be pretty common in most VRBOs. To be fair, they did communicate this to us.... but it wasn't until after we booked it. So, I guess this is mostly a heads up to my fellow travelers and some constructive criticism for the management company (if they're reading this). We had an incredible time, and would 100% go back. Thank you Alabama Getaway for giving us a great little escape!
