On arrival the heating was not on. Put heating on with thermostat. The rest of the house was getting warm except the lounge. It was freezing. Also tv wouldn't work. Telephoned contact. They sent maintaince out. Got lounge warm and tv working. Heating had to be left on all the time. I had read in previous comments that downstairs heating had not worked . Mentioned this to agents. When you walk in you think wow this is a great place. But when you look around the property there is some jobs that need doing. But I must admit as soon as I contacted agents somebody came out. But to sort out things that they had come out to on previous occasions.

the heating downstairs didn’t work and the first night we were freezing. the two plug in heaters did take the edge off the cold but we did have to leave them on all the time

Becoming tired, in need of decorating. Not exactly like the photo’s!

Good location

On arrival the property looked great from the outside but we were mistaken when we opened the front door. The house smelt like a wet dog and it was mucky, my wife had to mop throughout before she took her shoes off. I booked this stay as it was ideal for our family of 5 and it wasn’t cheap, the pictures on booked.com were very misleading and if we new what we were walking into we would have never of booked here. Very disappointed. These are only a few pictures we have a lot more and this is something we’ve never had to do in the past. The cracks in the plaster in the bath room were right above the toilet and ready to drop at anytime so we had to make the children use downstairs W/C as it was unsafe.

Nice house, bigger than it looked from the outside, clean and comfortable.

No bedding for sofa bed when we arrived but a quick call and bedding was delivered within the hour.

Fantastic location, very clean, comfy beds, good WiFi.

Some mold on the bathroom wall, broken toilet roll holder & no bin in upstairs bathroom. Information book incorrect & tatty (torn pages). Third bedroom inadequate - only room for a single bed & bedside cabinet - no room for a small suitcase & nowhere to hang clothes which was tricky.

Location and ease of access. Good kitchen facilities/clean towels etc.

Downstairs wc didn’t work. The place is shabby and it really only sleeps 5 - having people sleep in living room is not a bed!! Would not stay there again for these reasons. This place needs TLC.

Location was close to the centre, parking a little hit and miss because it is a street of terraced houses.

Need Curtains in the property, only has slat blinds which do not give full privacy and does not keep sunlight out of the bedrooms, needs a waste bin in the bathroom -- TV needs proper written Instructions as well --- Wall paint needs topping up in areas -- A better info pack needed and perhaps a guest book. -- More towels needed as well ---

This house is in a great location. Walking distance to more things and only a short drive to the zoo and Cheshire oaks.

Property is a little run down in places and no tv. Only Netflix etc which we don’t have.

Lack of hanging rail in small bedroom, needed something above the door. Only 1 occasional chair for when there were more than 4 occupants, one already there was there but was unusable due to broken leg. Minor irritants; lack of bulbs in bedside lamps, broken window in main bedroom and no fridge door space as most were missing, otherwise everything was fine
