Questa accogliente casa si trova in un tranquillo quartiere nel sud di Springfield / Greene County.
La nostra casa ha 8 posti letto, tre camere da letto e un bagno e mezzo, oltre a due zone giorno con camino! per quegli inverni accoglienti!
Se venite a Springfield per una vacanza, un viaggio d'affari, una riunione di famiglia o una laurea, questa casa è perfetta per voi!
La nostra casa è vicino agli ospedali e alle università locali. Cox South e Mercy sono proprio dietro l'angolo, e Missouri State University, Drury University o Evangel University sono tutte a breve distanza in auto da National Ave o Glenstone. Branson, MO è solo mezz'ora di distanza, e la nostra casa si trova vicino alle attrazioni locali come Silver Dollar City, il Branson Landing o una grande varietà di spettacoli per famiglie. Inoltre, se stai visitando Springfield per vedere Bass Pro Shops o Wonders of Wildlife o per partecipare ad attività sportive o fare uso delle migliori università o altri servizi della zona, questa è la casa che fa per te.
La nostra casa è a circa 15 minuti dal centro commerciale e da molti ristoranti internazionali. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è vicino.
Questa casa è anche un ottimo affitto esecutivo per viaggiare nell'area per soggiorni brevi o prolungati, e diamo il benvenuto a REALTORS per contattarci per discutere di soggiorni prolungati per i clienti tra le chiusure o in attesa di nuove costruzioni.

Property was as written, no issues with the product itself. // The dryer lint trap was was broken and completely full, with dryer sheets and a tonof lint trapped behind the trap. // Dog food from a previous tenant under the washer and dryer. // Masterbed sink leaked, but was fixed quickly. // The shower is old and abit of a turnnoff, its clean but appears unsanitary. // The big issue we encountered was with the neighbors, from inappropriate attire for early morning yoga, mowing shirtless in front of female minors (even after being asked otherwise) twice a week (they must really like short grass), they even called the cops on us about playing music to loud, which was proven to not be the case while on the phone with the property manager.
We didnt expect a party house, we were a young family with kids on a vacation and expected to be able to use the property as we would our own home. The neighbors made that impossible.

Great location. Enjoyed our stay at this house and it’s convenient proximity to everything we needed to get to in Springfield. It has a nice big backyard and plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. Nice place to stay and feel at home.

Rented from very nice lady due to son n law airlifted to nearby hospital and needed us at his bedside and this was close by. We literally only in house less than 20 hours when he expired due to brain trauma from random person hitting him and his pregnant wife with a 1 yr old leaving a restaurant. House was moldy smell not clean and when asked for money to be reimbursed she refused. This money could of been used for now a single mom with a baby and one on way especially since wasn’t even there to sleep at. Besides that highly would not recommend due to smell an unclean

Overall the stay was good, there was a few issues. A stray hair in the bathtub, a musky smell. However I contacted the owner and she was very friendly and understanding.

This place is hidden gem in city, it has great space to accommodate 8 people. Kitchen is filled with all required items. Back yard is nice to stay n relax. Property Owner is very helping and humble.

The host (Magdala) was a champion. Although listed as a non-smoking property - the previous guests left a noticeable tobacco smell. Our host worked with us - even providing air filters. She stayed in contact with us and as a result we had a great Springfield visit. Property is in a fantastic location! Neighborhood is quiet and charming.
