The location is excellent and the condo was clean. We loved the balcony because it was very spacious with seating for our whole family, we had a corner condo. Besides the one situation with initially getting inside, it was a great stay. The outdoor pool area was clean.
On arrival the code that was provided to get inside did not work. I had to call Vacasa. The lady gave me a new code, which didn’t work either. This was frustrating after a long drive and being eager to get inside. I told the lady on the phone there was a lock box attached to the door facing. She gave me a 4 digit combination which opened it and there was a key inside which is how you unlocked this particular unit. It just would have been nice if I had known about this situation up front. The unit could use updating.

We really enjoyed being close to the beach. The balcony is incredible in size. Ac worked great, laundry in unit was a good plus.
Bathroom does indeed have mold on the wall, needs to be addressed. Some paint is peeling, the table in the living room is unstable. I agree with many of the comments on vacasa in regards to small changes that need to happen. There was expected construction during our stay where workers came into the balcony. For the price, we didn’t mind. However the unit needs updated for the asking prices coming up over summer. The indoor pool amenity was our favorite along with the quick walk to the beach. Overall we give it a 7/10.

great hotel and loved the fact that it was beachfront
that damn construction was annoying….will never book if it’s construction going on….I mean nonstop from 8am -6pm

Beach front view
Upon arrival, the air conditioner was not working properly. It was 79 degrees in the condo. We called and two AC techs were dispatched. It was cooling when they left.
Second day, AC was not working again. Called at least four times that day. Tech arrived late that afternoon. Communication with the management company was horrible. They would tell me they would call me with updates but I didn’t receive any calls, emails or text updates.

The blinds in two of the bedrooms are broken and do not cover the windows (photo attached).
This condo should be updated. It does not compare to two other condos I was able to view in the complex. I will not rent this condo again.

Location was good.
Ceiling fans in two bedrooms did not work. Electrical outlets need to be fixed - unable to use most. Exercise equipment needs repaired. An information booklet (restaurants in the area, things to see and do, along with information on TVs, etc.) would have been nice.
