Questa è una casa in stile retrò ben tenuta a meno di 2 isolati dal lungomare e dalla spiaggia. C'è una cucina completa con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. Offre anche una spaziosa camera da letto principale con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ogni camera da letto e soggiorno hanno unità AC. TV via cavo e WiFi gratuito disponibile. Offriamo anche 2 pass per la spiaggia. C'è un parcheggio fuori strada nella parte posteriore della proprietà, nonché un parcheggio in strada (metro).

This property is cute and quaint. It was on a quiet end of the street and not a far walk to the boardwalk and the water park. It reminded us of grandma's shore house, instead of something super fancy and way overpriced this was perfect for our small family. It fits the old school jersey shore vibe.

We enjoyed our stay in this shore house... it was just the right amount of distance from the noise of the boardwalk but not too far to walk! It's very comfortable with AC in each room and we loved having laundry available. The front porch/breezeway was a favorite and I spent a lot of time there relaxing and reading. Chris was very receiving of all our questions and went out of his way to help with anything. We would like to stay here again next year!

The house is a few blocks from the beach and the owner was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. Compared to other 3 bedroom rentals in the area it was economical. There is an upper unit which looks to be remodeled but our lower unit was much older. This did not bother us except for a few items that need repair (mainly in the bathroom). When we entered the home there was a very strong odor in the kitchen. There were 5 scent plug ins placed throughout the house. These did not help mask the odor. The rest of the house did not have this same odor (the bedrooms were okay). We tried air conditioning and getting some airflow in the kitchen but the odor did not improve (possibly something in the walls or flooring?). Overall this house is no frills and needs some TLC but we appreciated the location and friendliness of the owner.

My friends and I stayed 4 nights. It was like the listing, and had enough amenities to get by. The screened in porch provided extra space to relax and enjoy. Owner was super responsive.

People upstairs was jumping all night blasting music. Homeowner texted me 6:30 in the morning to take out garbage to the street check out is at 11. The cleaner was there at 11:10 so we was rushing out of there I wouldn’t recommend.

Cleanliness, communication, location, all amazing. Our favorite was the enclosed front porch. The only things i would suggest is a door on the outdoor shower and a cleaner grill outside. They werent necessary for our trip though. Looking forward to booking again!

Cute place with everything we needed. I loved the location- close enough to everything and a little out of the way, so it was nice and quiet. Much larger inside than I expected, which was great, and the beds were very comfortable. Best of all, the communication with the property owner was amazing- Chris was very responsive to any and every question, providing all of the information we needed to make sure our stay was a great experience. I hope it’s available next time I go to Seaside, it will definitely be my first choice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. Very clean and it had everything we could need. Chris was very attentive, easy to get a hold of and a super host.

The house is great for basic accommodations - economical and great location. I stayed with my college aged daughters and their friends for a week. The house is about 2 blocks from the boardwalk & beach - easy walk. The kitchen has general appliances, except it does not have a dishwasher, but we didn't mind. I reached out to the owner a few times and he was quick to reply. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Everything was as advertised — from closeness to beach/boardwalk to cleanliness.
Two things not advertised but should be noted:
1. The WiFi is incredible especially if you have multiple people working at the same time. BIG difference from other spots.
2. The infamous Jersey Shore siren is right across the lot from this property. If you’re not aware of the siren, it will startle the heck of you — especially young kids, pets (neither of which impacted me) and those who completely forgot about this Jersey Shore landmark.
Chris is great to deal with. So I vote that you stop looking and stay here — you won’t be disappointed.

The location was perfect walking distance to the pier and water park. Love saving on parking. Two spots if you move the cars around a little. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy but not much you can do about that. Overall very good time. Much better then staying in a hotel.

Overall stay was nice. I would suggest replacing the lock on the back door. And add an additional key. Had problems opening it. Same thing on the front screen door. A few updates- upgrades would make this house more desirable. Thanks

This is our second time renting this house. It is about 2 blocks from the board walk. My wife and I said it's the perfect location. Close enough to all of the fun but yet far enough so it doesn't spill into your evening. Our kids (7 & 9) really enjoyed the space to run around. There is an outside shower that is very convenient as the board walk showers can be a bit packed at times. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thanks again!

Great location
We had a great stay at this house, very spacious and close to the beach and boardwalk. Loved this beach town! The house was clean, and overall we had a good stay. My only recommendation would be an extra tv or two in the bedrooms. The house only had one working tv in the living room.

Great location and great host
The house is 4 and half minutes walk to the board walk, Chris left 2 Beach passes for you to use, yes, you have to pay for the access to the beach, $10 per day. So that is a big help.
He had Mike to deliver the spring box, so we have a new bed for one bedroom, that is nice too.
Chris is very responsive and responsible, we stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay
Very responsive owner, easy check in. Place was as described & location was ideal for boardwalk and beach access. I particularly appreciated the fact that the place had a lot of the little things that everyone needlessly throws away because of covid concerns - stuff like salt & pepper and other basic spices, condiments, paper towels, coffee and the like. I've stayed at a few places where the kitchen is completely emptied out, so that you literally have to eat out for every meal or go & buy everything, or try to remember to bring absolutely everything with you which is ridiculous. So thank you for not doing that!

Broken Couch
Only real issue we had was couch was broken on a pull out bed. Fell through to the bed when I first got there. Lifted up to see the bed it was all rusted. Furniture on porch was in better shape.

Perfect location
Although fairly dated it was very relaxing and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. With about a quarter mile walk to the boardwalk I almost never needed my car and could spend all day on the beach knowing it was a short 5-10min walk home. The owners were very responsive to any issues we had and accomodated all of our needs.

Awesome Trip!
Chris was such a great host! My family and I had a great time. We were very close to the boardwalk and the beach. We we're a family of four (6year old & 8year old). They really enjoyed their stay as well. Will def stay here again! Thanks Chris!

Very Nice
It was such a wonderful experience The owner is awesome The location is GREAT lots of perks with this little place It does need some upkeeping though New air conditioners would be nice We were there for the "heat Wave" and it took a very long time to cool theplace down Parking Beach passes Really thinking of coming back agan next year WORTH THE MONEY

Loved it at Seaside
It was very close to the beach which it made it so easy to go often. They supplied a lot of needed essentials that we did not have to purchase. Property was wonderful and with a lot of space for the family. I would highly recommend Chris's place.

A Great Off-Season Beach Getaway
We loved Chris's place with all it's vintage beach-house charm, period paneled walls, and beautiful molding. And its an easy walk to the beach, which was delightfully deserted in November. We even had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner distancing outside on the back porch with a few visiting family members using the table and chairs Chris provided. Chris is a very responsive host. We hope to visit again.

I was blind sided by a additional security fee, that was never disclose d during arrangements. And if I didn't pay it my understanding was I would lose all the money I paid for the rental. Especially since it was taken out after I paid in full and without my consent
