We had a wonderful time. Loved the closeness to the beach, loved the balcony first thing in the morning to have our coffee. The only comment that I have is that the shower and bathtub need mats. The porcelain gets slippery when wet. Other than that it was all perfect. Would definitely stay there again..😀

Wonderful to hear the waves at night! We will stay here again, and maybe bring the grandsons! Everything was here for us, and it was sparkling clean!

Beautiful condo and quiet area. Enjoyed the stay and ease of getting around. Owner was very helpful when we had challenges getting in town due to Hurricane Lee. Will come back again!!

I really liked this place and the location can't be beat, especially if you have a son who wanted to spend 24 hours a day at Palace Playland. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are all very spacious. My only complaint is that it seemed that every outlet I wanted to plug something into was switched, and I didn't know which switch controlled it. Not sure if I would stay here again because I like to try new places, but I would definitely recommend it.

Love OOB - the beach is huge, plenty to do & eat. This condo is ideal because it is spacious, clean, and near all the action!

We've stayed in this building (The Grand Victorian) many times. It really is a prime location in OOB, being right in the heart of all the action. This unit has almost everything you need for a beach vacation without having to pack anything but your bathing suit. There is a beach cart, beach chairs, beach toys (buckets, shovels, body boards, etc.) and even beach towels! It may not be perfect, but it's close. If you're cooking, some of the non stick pans have been abused with metal utensils. Also, some of the spices are past their expiration date. At bed time, it can be a little bright. If you sleep with an eye mask, you'll be ok. The bed in the master bedroom could be replaced sooner rather than later. My kids age 7 and 9 were exhausted every night, so they just passed out at bedtime. Too tired to notice the lights from the parking lot or what the bed felt like . Definitely a wonderful place and the owner was easy to communicate with. Would both recommend and stay here again.

We had an amazing stay with our three kids 5 and under! It was easy to baby proof, the location is a few feet from the beach, arcade, amusment park and a ton of dinning including gluten free! There is a cart to help carry up your things from the car which made unpacking and packing a breeze! We brought sound machines which helped with the noise from the train and some suction travel blackout curtian to help with the flood lights from the parking lot outside the bedroom windows! Tammy provides everything you could need and we cannot wait to come back again! Book this place you will not regret it!

Close and convenient for venturing out each day. Large and spacious for two couples.

Beautiful Condo. Well kept and close to Portland. Orchard Beach is an amazing little beach town. The beach is steps away and the pier and the ocean is amazing at sunrise. Very nice host and the building manager as well.

The property had all the amenities we needed and had a great view of the water. Would love to spend time back there in the future in season.

My wife and I had an awesome time in Old Orchard Beach and this condo was perfect, right on the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants, would absolutely stay again!

The condo was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, just steps to the beach.

This property has an excellent location with regard to being near the ocean, the local shops, and restaurants. The home itself is in wonderful condition and has all the amenities you need. The property owners are prompt with answering questions and helpful with updates throughout the stay. Overall, the experience was great.

Wonderful condo! Spacious and within walking distance to everything. Kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms and bedroom. There was a washer and dryer that worked great. There were games for the kids, sand toys, and a nice porch with a lot of seating. Parking was provided onsite, we brought a truck and had plenty of space. There was also off site parking for another car, which was free of charge. Condo staff was wonderful, very pleasant and helpful! Overall it was a great stay. :)

There were three of us all together. We were looking to get away to a quiet place with a good beach and a great kitchen We found all three in this great condo. We would recommend it to anyone with similar interests

Rooms all clean everything you need was there. Deck was great as well as the beach Will be back!!

This is a beautiful condo with very large bedrooms and bathrooms, and a well appointed kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops. Nice, large TVs too. Beautiful, wide beach is great for walks. We were very disturbed with the noise from the trains coming through all night long blowing their horns. We used earplugs from the 2nd night on and that allowed us to sleep through the night. Then at 5:45am, the garbage truck came in and emptied the dumpsters that were just outside our bedroom window at ground level. Just about knocked us out of bed. BRING YOUR EARPLUGS! Many nice restaurants nearby with a wide range of cuisines. Since we stayed after Labor Day, the Pier and some shops were closed for the season.

The rental was not very clean or well kept. For example, the mattress in one room was very old and in bad shape. The light in one bathroom fan was out making the bathroom quite dark. There was no soap in the bathrooms or bags for the bathroom waste baskets. Overall the place needs a bit of an update considering the cost. We did expect better.

The condo was everything we hope for and needed. The owner supplied us with all the amenities we needed and did not expect. The location was just right for the side trips we took. Thank you so much.

This was perfect for a weekend beach holiday. Though we didn’t cook, the kitchen had everything we would have needed. We appreciated beach equipment like folding chairs and an umbrella. Convenient location, with plenty of close dining options and right in the beach.

Loved our stay at this condo. Plenty of room for everyone. Even had family over for dinner. Close to everything. The property managers on site (Bill & Derek) we wonderful!!!.

The condo was spacious, clean and close to all of the action. The check in and out was easy. The building is located steps from the beach and good for families with children of all ages. It was surprisingly quiet at night. The outdoor space is nice but limited, true to the pictures as advertised. I would stay here again and recommend this unit and location especially if you don't want the hassle of driving to the beach and paying for parking. We were a little disappointed that there was only 1 beach towel and there was not a cooler. We have rented several homes and condos near the beach and these are essentials. We purposely did not pack beach towels because the description said they were provided. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The condo was exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean and put together nicely. Extras in cabinets, paper products, beach supplies, indoor pool and washer and dryer were a bonus. The condo was spacious, with great balconies and walking distance to everything in OOB. Staff was friendly and very helpful- easiest & quickest check in and out I've ever had while vacationing. The only reason for a lower star review on location is because our room was right above trash removal and 6am garbage trucks were very loud. Otherwise, no complaints and a wonderful stay. Will definitely book here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo, conveniently located on the beach. Our family had a great time walking to the amusement park, shops, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

very clean and spacious and right in the middle of town! Garbage trucks were loud at 6a.m. but that was to be expected in the middle of town. very smooth check in/check out process.

We spend a lot of time in OOB since we only live 1.5 hrs away. We usually stay for a night or 2 in a hotel but decided we wanted a longer stay this time with more space to gather with family and friends. The condo was just as it was described and more. Very clean, lots of space and equipped with all the amenities of home. The only thing we needed to get was groceries. Was delighted to see a small pantry full of spices and such. I suppose some may have been left behind from prior guests(we did the same). The closet full of beach supplies was a bonus. Checking in and out was a breeze. Staff at front desk was very helpful and pleasant. We will certainly stay here again.

This property was in a great location, walking distance to everything. I stayed there with my husband and our toddler son. It was clean, easy to check in and the beds were comfy. Would definitely recommend! Plenty of space for a family. I wish we went during better weather but we made the best of it :)
