I love your breakfast. Everything was very FRESH. The food was just delicious nothing too salty or too sweet.

The location was a little bit off to the main center of city. But we took taxi all the time.

I found a huge roach in the bathroom but theres a drain so it's understandable

The room was spacious and gave us a cool place to enjoy during the very warm summer! We enjoyed the extra little details in the room.

The bathtub and the area under the wood platform in the shower had some mold and didn't appear to be cleaned well/often. I'm not sure if this was the nature of the wooden bathtub or what.

Breakfast served both, Japanese and Western meals. I wanted to try everything. The room was very lovely authentic Japanese style with a tiny tatami room, especially I love the wooden bath tub. The location is great and I could walk from Kyoto station.

room was fantastic, staff was very friendly and helpful. location was good, but a bit far from shopping and entertainment. i'd definitely stay there again though.

the separation of bathrooms was a bit odd, and only one soap dispenser was annoying and unsanitary.

Very well curated gift shop, with goods from a selection of Kyoto craftsmen. There was even a lady who was doing kintsugi porcelain repair work in an adjacent studio who kindly explained the process to us. Beautiful architecture and furnishings so design buffs will appreciate staying here.

Beautiful rooms, tranquil Japanese decor. The traditional breakfast was very tasty and interesting. Staff was very helpful.

Breakfast cost was a bit pricy, but that's to be expected for a higher end hotel.
