Cute comfortable place to stay. Loved the balcony. We saw dolphins everyday. Place was clean and the bathroom was well stocked.
Internet went out and took 3 days to fix, but everyone was very nice about it.
Definitely recommend to others.

Location- perfect! Walk to everything. Right on the beach.
(Only small issue - no beach chairs or towels - we flew so couldn’t bring beach chairs. Maybe could have brought towels if we had noticed they weren’t provided.)

The condo was wonderful- beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, well located and right on the beach! Our view was all sand and breaking waves. We only left the condo to go out for meals. It was the perfect place to relax!

This property did not disappoint! From the updated features to the quaint feel and the AMAZING view everything was perfect. The process with Casago was effortless and coming and going from the property to town was very easy. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Great oceanfront location and views. Small but functional like a coastal cottage but in a condo buildung.
Updated kitchen and bath. Nice newish refrigerator and range.
Negatives: non-functioning elevator, no temp numbers on thermostats of 50s-60s style electric wall heaters (have to set temp by trial and error), overly-complicated light switches in bedrooms that don't light up the on/off button, under-powered (700 watt) cheap little microwave. Would stay here again.

We’ve been staying in Carpinteria for over 20 years and this was by far one of our favorite rentals! Great location and nicely done inside. Although the condo is on the third floor, it’s only 1 flight of stairs to the beach. It was super easy to bring beach gear up/down each day. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Condo has a delightful balcony with comfortable furnishings and perfect ocean views. The kitchen was updated and well stocked.
The bed was comfortable. Easy access to gated parking, and very walkable to stores and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini get away.

Spent 3 nights at this lovely condo. Great location, top floor and at the very end of the building, away from the street. Well organized parking. Very comfy bed and overall a cozy setup. Bathroom is small, but everything is there. Super view of the water with easy access to the beach.

The condo had beautiful views of the ocean and was next to a trail for walking. I loved to open the slider and listen to the waves. It was clean and bed was comfortable. However, the main bedroom could use better shades/curtains because the window is on the balcony where everyone comes in and is very bright from outside lights. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The drip coffee pot was gross and there were no pods for the keurig left. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cute, updated condo. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Clean and comfortable beds & couch. Beautiful, beachfront view. Great location: walking distance to many shops, markets, restaurants, bars, train station. Responsive staff. Kitchen well-stocked. Bathroom is small & the faucet sprays all over back of counter. Could use more towels in kitchen & bathroom. Stove cooktop takes a VERY long time to heat. Overall a fabulous place to stay - we would stay in this unit again! Looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect in every way! Unit was well appointed and updated. Kitchen and seating areas took advantage of the views. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. On site manager was kind and helpful, and the entire property was recently updated and showed well. We are already booked for next year!

We loved our stay here. It’s in a perfect walkable location, the beds were super comfortable and the place is very clean! Only recommendation is maybe some optional black out curtains for those who want to sleep in. The sun comes in right at sunrise- no complaints just maybe a thought

Major issues were lack of a stocked coffee prep area. I have stayed many places and I’m used to this as a welcoming gesture. Also, the bed linens were inferior and the pillows very disappointing. The blankets were inadequate for warmth and did not smell freshly laundered. The location is top notch so I would return hoping for these upgrades.

Great stay. Keep in mind this place is bare bones - no beach towels and not even on keurig pod. My only real issue with the spot was the violently loud slamming of the neighboring door every time they went in or out. I mentioned this to the neighbor but it was starling each time they used the door. People I was speaking with on the phone heard it and asked me if I was okay. You might want to address that with the neighbors. I know the ocean breeze can cause the doors to slam but I was cautious when I used the front door to NOT let it slam. Your neighbors, not so much. Place was a great place to hang out (I was actually working while I was in town) so the views and beach access were amazing.

The suite is well-decorated, has very comfortable beds, and a kitchen with everything you need. But the best part is the balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach, with comfortable seating and shade, inviting you to catch up on your reading or your napping.

Condo is on the 3rd floor with a great view of the sunset. It is very comfortable - cozy and clean. Carpenteria is a cute small town just minutes from Montecito and Santa Barbara. Onsite property manager was very helpful too.

If location and basic comfort is your number one priority, this is your spot! The view of the ocean is amazing (think seals frolicking in the ocean swells and the sound of the ocean's constant rhythm...). It's easily walkable to a number of good restaurants, and a quick and beautiful drive to Santa Barbara wine county. The unit iscomfortable, clean and safe, but not luxurious or particularly charming.
In all fairness, there was a lot of off-season improvements going on (painting the exterior halls, resealing the parking lot...) that created minor inconveniences. But the management companey was quick to respond and very fair in resolving any issues.
This property provides a great base-camp for exploring the area and I would certainly consider staying there again!

Beautiful unit, exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. Beds were super comfy! Great location, just a short walk to town and shopping. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Super cute decor with comfortable posturepedic mattresses, spa like bathroom, cozy and spacious living area, with a full functioning kitchen. Location: a corner unit in the condo complex on the 3rd and also top floor. Our favorite place to be was on the balcony on comfy couches looking right over the beach. The ocean sounds and gorgeous sunsets were spectacular. We plan to return in the future. Highly recommend.

We always stay in Carpinteria, but for my mom's 70th birthday, we wanted something extra special. This place was it! We walked into the house and you can see the ocean from the front door! So incredible! The decor was such a beautiful combination of cozy with clean. They provided fabulous blankets on a blanket ladder to cuddle up on the lavish couches inside, or outside on the patio. the kitchen was gorgeous, too! The backsplash/tile in the kitchen and bathroom were adorable. And the rooms were plenty spacious enough for the four of us to sleep comfortably and spread out! Being able to pull our stuff in off the beach, and STILL be able to watch the sunset from the comfort of the balcony was my favorite part! Thank you for letting us stay in your fabulous place!

Family Weekend Getaway
Enjoyed are stay in Carpinteria. The location of this property is suburb. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and stores. The property provides all the amenities you need and the communication with the owner / property manager was seamless. We love coming to Carpinteria and would definitely stay here again.

Updated condo, Great location
The location of this condo is the best! Right on the ocean, blocks to the main shopping/eating center of Carpenteria, a short drive to Santa Barbara. Plus the condo is updated, clean and has everything you need. Great views from the balcony and beach access was awesome. My family had a great time.
