Everything, but the best part was the lady trying her hardest to communicate that was exceptional has she couldn't speak so much English and I can't hardly say a sentence in polski. But I used Google translate and it helped. But what effort she put in was amazing. The area is quite and it's very nice. I caught tram to the apartment and then train back to krakow glowny. Easy to do if you research that mode of transport.

Very beautiful house, excellent facilities including kettle hob and fridge. Excellent sized rooms with comfortable sofas and dining area. Double bed provided with extra blankets, perfect for the cold weather. The apartment was very clean throughout, very impressed. Good location with just a quick taxi ride to the old town.I travelled by myself and I felt safe and secure the entire time, the hosts were so lovely and helpful and made me feel welcome.

Nothing major however only one towel was provided. Would have liked to have more towels however this did not effect the stay.

It was better than we expected.

The owner is very sweet and kind! After travelling 16 hours straight from Italy, we got to the apartment at 2.00 am! The lady told us the ceck in was until 11.00 pm but she waited for us anyway! The apartment is just as pretty as shown in the pictures! Clean and confortable! The Sanctuary is two minutes walking.
