Casa singola moderna, confortevole, situata in un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro. Con 3. 5 bagni moderni, questa casa soddisferà sicuramente tutte le tue esigenze di viaggio. Goditi la nostra spaziosa area del cortile privato con molti posti a sedere, tavoli e una griglia per la tua comodità.

WE WISH WE COULD GIVE "0" STARS-- My family rented this 5-bedroom home from 11/27/19 - 11/30/19. When we arrived on the 27th, everything was great and we were excited to spend time enjoying not only each other's company, but also with family who reside in MD. However, the following morning/Thanksgiving Day, we woke to a broken water heater and our experience quickly turned sour. This is an issue that should have been easily resolved, but the non-caring attitude of the homeowner (who we learned lives in the Dominican Republic) is the reason for this review.
It is acknowledged that the homeowner's on-site property manager quickly responded to our call for help, and that he came to the home on the morning of the 28th. However, after it was realized the water heater would have to be replaced, we were told only that a plumber would be out the following morning (the 29th). Of course, that was going to leave my family without hot water for the day. Given that hot water is a necessity, not a luxury, we immediately contacted Home Away.
Home Away arranged for my family to stay in a hotel for the night. However, Home Away would provide only 4 rooms, not the 5 we contracted for at the home. Also, all of the costs associated with a hotel, which we would not have been responsible for in the home, had to be paid by us, including parking (3 cars) and meals in restaurants. Likewise, the 'family time' we thought we were going to have was not possible, including Thanksgiving Dinner at the home.
Although my family was not in the home on 11/28, my family and the on-site manager next agreed, in writing, that my family would officially check out of the home the following day, 11/29 (1 day early), and that we would receive a refund equal to 1 day. Although we should have sought a refund for the 2 nights lost, given the efforts of Home Away, we agreed to the refund for 1 night. However, the homeowner has now AMAZINGLY refused to honor the promises of his manager. The excuses have been many. Thus, we are left with writing this review and pursuing the homeowner in court for all of our damages, those outlined above, plus the cost of groceries purchased for the home on our first day there and most which were useless in a hotel, and other incidentals.
We are certain that the homeowner will respond to this review with his own "spin" on what occurred. But we have all of the text messages and emails and are prepared to present our case in court.
