I enjoyed my stay,it was pretty much calm. The proximity to all the stores is a plus for me. Security is tight! There's the St George police parked at the car park throughout. Friendly staff.

Well the microwave didn't function well even though maintenance came around to fix it twice. It's a non-smoking premises but people still smoke along the balcony.(not nice) I think cleaning services should be available at all times not just Wednesdays. Aside from these,I enjoyed my stay!

One bed’s sheet was wet. A previous guest put a wet towel on it and it wasn’t changed. That’s what I think.

There was no remote control in the room so we had to go get one at the office. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train. The refrigerator didn't work.

The room amenities were lacking. Only decaf coffee was provided in the room. My stay was for 2 nights, but when I returned to my room on the first night, after being gone all day, I found my key no longer worked. I went to the office to find out why and all of my belongings had been put into plastic bags and removed from my room. For some unknown reason they assumed I had checked out, even though I had a paid reservation for 2 nights. Also, the area must be a high crime area, because this Red Roof Inn does not allow access to the lobby by the guests (day or night). Doors remain locked with a buzzer. To conduct your business with the hotel staff you have to enter a side room with a small bank teller type of window. I did not feel completely safe in the area and would not recommend this hotel.
