I spent only one night. The lady who helped me with check in was ok but the lady on the next morning for check out had the WORST attitude. I kindly requested a late check out (regular check out is at 11am and my flight was at 4pm). With a really BAD attitude she told me NO! After I insisted she allowed me to check out at 11:30, however I would get charged for “late” check out. I came back to the hotel at 11:03am. Could not access my room bc the key had been already deactivated. After waiting in line to get the jet re-activated to go in the room pick up my things and check out, it was 11:17am and still I got charged $25 for “late” check out for ONLY 17 minutes… as for the room, it was FILTHY. There was a chewing gum (still not hard) on the night stand and a huge fly on the bathroom. The room smelled really bad

Clean enough. But police on premises both nights, fights, people screaming and banging on doors. Felt very unsafe. Police radios heard both nights.

I paid for premium room. It was NOT premium. None of the amenities of a premium room. On top of that the room was full of stink bugs. The clerk argue with me. Then she put us in a room that had no remote for the TV or a ice bucket for ice. The ice machine did not work. I am a regular there and this was the worst experience I ever had there. When I went the next morning and the manager was there she was very unfriendly and knew what happened to me. Not even apology. Will not be returning. I want a refund. No rooms were premium for what I paid for.

Instant hot water, cold mini fridge, microwave, cold AC and the bed is comfortable. Definitely worth the daily rate they charge.

There was no staff at the check in desk at 6 pm on a Wednesday. Others were already waiting. No answer when I called the hotel. Staff returned around 6:30 pm. Protective glass all around the lobby. Be vigilant.

The place was dirty and unsafe for children. Marijuana scent was in the elevator throughout. we saw people smocking right close to our room

Don’t waste your time- pay a little more find a better place. Staff are rude, sheets bathrooms are dirty. Rooms smells like weed. And everyone smokes there the place stinks-We very close just to leave and find something else. Don’t waste your time or money. Not worth it!!!

Cleanliness was fine. It is odd that you are charging an early check out fee when there are only 10 rooms filled in a 60 room hotel.

I was comfortable until a roach crawled out on the bureau drawers where I was putting my belongings. The room appeared clean and I killed the insect and it was dtill on yhe desk so housekeeping should most definitely see it. I didn't tell the front desk as I didn't want to startle the quest esnying in the lobby. I have booked there several times, but never a pest problem. I was a bit disturbed by this encounter and didn't sleep well. Hopefully I get some kind of deduction. I still have faith in Red Roof to do a good job in spraying to rid of pest.

Loved the room. Saw a roach in the drawer. Checkin was too long and upon leaving a unexplained $50 charge was placed on my card. I am supposed to receive a refund of that and a deposit

Ok the day I make the reservation when I was about to pay the hold desposar I notice they have late checkout with a fee $25 so I decide to pay for deposit 25 u til 1 pm the next day around 13 the lady that was cleaning constantly knock in my door very rude she told me that they don’t have any message form the boss that I have to leave at 1pm after 5 mins the manager or I don’t know who was went and do the same knock on the door and ask me to leave very rude way I told her the lady yesterday told me I can leave today at 1 that’s why I paid that was a horrible experience and stay very very rude people there no coming back to this place.

This property was nasty. I had old blood on my sink and had multiple long pieces of hair that were all over the bathtub. When I arrived a guy was smoking a joint in front of the place. Would not recommend for any business travelers for sure!

Some one stole my money out my wallet when I let my bag in the room then when I came back to get it I noticed my money gone so I booked another room cause I couldn’t afford another hotel with my kids then she say I can’t book there for false accusations and then called my booking

Upon entering the room fire detector battery was dead making a beeping sound had to call front desk and wait awhile while the alarm was still beeping. Room spelled like cigarettes and the linens were stained. Room needed a deep cleaning.

Nothing unique about the property. Older building showing signs of age. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Fir someone on a budget this would be a suitable accommodation.

This is a slum hotel with the smell of pot everywhere. Trash everywhere and filth everywhere. You just REconfirmed why I do not stay at these hotels and left even though I was scheduled for surgery early the next morning. Never ever ever again.

Duvet was not cleaned well if at all. No refrigerator. Ice machine on third floor not working or clean. Night Stand not plugged in. This reduced options to plug electronics up and charge them.
