Vieni a soggiornare nel nostro cottage in stile vittoriano a 2 piani recentemente ristrutturato. Tutta questa casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni è tua per goderti mentre visiti i luoghi di Grand Rapids e le numerose attrazioni che Grand Rapids ha da offrire. Questo cottage può ospitare fino a 11 persone. Il parcheggio è disponibile sulla strada e sul lato della casa.

We have stayed at many units rented through VRBO. We knew there were some imperfections going in, but this home was perfect for what we needed (something with more to offer than a hotel room). The owner was phenomenal in his communications and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Clean, accommodating, and close to town!

The neighborhood is questionable. The flooring was uneven and unsafe for grandma. There was broken glass all outside the back door. The carpet was not suitable to let the kids crawl around. We had to find a hotel to accommodate our family and our car full of groceries that we had purchased on the way to the rental. I’ve messaged the owner multiple times to request a partial refund and have not heard anything back. Very disappointed with this rental experience.

My family and I stayed here for five days. The house was clean and very comfortable. The process to book the house was easy, and I was able to ask questions of the owner any time. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a few days to attend a concert. The house was updated and had nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. I loved all of the tech gadgets in the house like the one-touch lamps and clocks with the outlets. The house was clean. I'm a fellow property owner, so it met my expectations. The house is about a 5-minute drive to downtown, which was nice. The area seems to be on the rougher side of Grand Rapids. My family and I were a tad nervous, staying here. I would have given it a five if it wasn't for the neighborhood.

We were there on a beautiful Friday night in August. The neighbors were a bit noisy outside in the evening, but quieted down around 10:30 or so, so it really wasn't an issue.
We had fun with the tilted floors, which is the only thing that wasn't upgraded in the makeover. No big deal, but it was fun to roll a ball across the floor!
All-in-all this was a good find, and we would stay there again. I recommend this rental!

Cozy stay
We enjoyed staying at this cozy cottage during Artprize 2018. It was close enough to the art venues yet a perfect location to rest from the crowds and enjoy the company of our group of 6 who travel together often. The owner was prompt in responding to our questions and offered us friendly suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable. This is a unique property and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Grand Rapids area.

The house has been recently renovated, new furnishings, plenty of towels and clean. A great place to stay!
